I will definitely check them out again for my next purchase. Finance agent was a blast we talked like we knew each other for years even though it was my 1st time meeting him. I started by bringing my vehicles here for service work. The service department is so easy to work with. I then bought a 2023 Pacifica here. Doug, my salesman, was great. There was no pressure, and they didn't try to pressure me into extended warrantys or other add ons.

This company went above and beyond for me. We bought a used car earlier this year and a part went bad that took out the entire electronics system a month after we got it. They kept me in a loaner car for almost 5 months after while they found the parts to fix the car. When they did find the car due to the time it took to fix the issue and their fantastic new manager they covered the whole repair. Cannot say enough good things about Josh and his team for their caring generosity. 100% recommend and will be coming here for all my future car purchases!

Great service. Non-pressure sales and helpful information. I got a great deal on a used Kia. It is not a car brand they know a lot about but they did leg work and found all the information I needed.

We were driving through when we had a bushing issue. Chrysler of Forest City took a look to see if it was driveable back home to Michigan. Went in for oil change, tire rotation and multi point check. Everything done including vacuum front. Staff pleasant and courteous. Would use them again.
