Nice place, very quiet, a Big Rig forest. Most spots are seasonal sites, short walk to Crystal Lake. Only 2 community fire pits so bring your own above gnd fire pit if you want a camp fire. At night, watch out for the water and sewer hook up stubs when walking. Closest store is in Britt.

Dave, the owner, went out of his way to help us out of a problem. He went far above and beyond what most people would do and we appreciate it so much!

The park host Bryce was very helpful. Upon arrival he arranged for us to park our 24' tow trailer on a gravel driveway then helped us get into our lot. It looked like it was new gravel. It was. Everytime our levelers went down, the gravel pushed down. Eventually Bryce brought over some 2x6's to put under the front levelers and that helped. With all our pads out, and the boards in place we were still significantly sloped back to front

The next day they wanted to move the trailer to allow access to that driveway. Bryce used a skidsteer to move it over to a grassy area by an on-site house. All ok.
The following day, we got ready to leave. We prepped the RV. One of our stacks of pads had sank down in the gravel 3 pads deep, the other was down 2 pads. I went over to prep the trailer only to find out blocked by a cat. 50 minutes later they got it moved. Park owner Dave was out there and said he would watch me back up to the trailer. So he went back to a point where I could see him. He stood there and watched me back my ladder rack right into the trailer hitch, never giving any signal to stop. Should have let my wife guide me back. His excuse later was, " I thought you could see it". The park is mostly occupied by long term tenants. At our site there was no room for a campfire or picnic table. Not recommended for travelers.
