Went thru the drive thru. Good experience. Unlike the Elk Run MD.

I ordered thu their app & my meal was delivered in 30 minutes. The fries were cold. I was missing one medium fries and 3 packages of special sauce were also missing.

Took my Daughters threw there at 6 pm ordered food at the drivethu..Super sweet gal at the speaker took our order and our card at the window..Very friendly and cordial for New Years Eve shift…Also the young man at the food delivery window was very nice and had a wonderful attitude for a Holiday shift!.What impressed me the most was that obviously this Crew worked Very well together and was Willing to give up Their Holiday to serve Us!..Not kidding 4 minutes tops in and out!..Thank You guys for your Respectful,Accurate and Speedy Service!..Keep Up the Great Work YOU Do!!..That being said… Corporate.. IF yer listenin!!..,This store is the model!

Got the blueberry muffins. I think they are better than Panera muffins.

I enjoyed the service at McDonald's today. They are very pleasant to work with and sometimes the manager hands me my fries and they are always hot and crisp.

They don't roll their eyes when I order off my app. They don't roll their eyes I make remarks when I order my little bits of food. They are always Pleasant no matter how much I order. Whether at the drive-thru or walk in I get the excellent service at the University McDonald's

Soon as I walked in I was greeted,cashier was very nice, made my order she gave me a number to sit at table, soon as I sat down order was there, hot and delicious...as I finished my meal I was told thank you come again....

Day is such an amazing worker (not sure how to spell her full name) my husband and I have been coming since late December and she’s always nothing but smiles. In drive through she is always making sure my order is correct, when she’s in the back my food is Fresh and on front counter she’s just so cute and funny! I’ll always be a loyal customer to you guys great staff and service and whomever trained Day amazing Job! I wish we could give tips😁❤

Eat here almost every week for lunch. Never lets me down. If your going to go there for lunch I suggest not going between 12-1230pm it’s usually packed and backed up. But that’s just the drive thru. It would be faster just to run inside. Friendly staff and always prompt .

Excellent service - the 2 regular girls that work in the drive thru are always so enjoyable to talk to in mornings. My order is always correct & food is fresh. These 2 really are a asset to this place!

My car got locked in park while going through the drive threw. I apologized, they had the mechanic come out and help. The boss also offered some assistance. I’m grateful for the kindness and understanding of the staff. Thank You!!

Just really comfortable there my food was hot the service quick and accurate Grandson enjoyed his happy meal and the ice cream afterwards

One of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to high quality food for an affordable price and store was clean staff members were courteous as well as knowledgeable about their business.

Robin was by far the sweetest, kindest, and most amazing person I have ever had the privilege to be served by the service was amazing and she made my day it was perfect
