Chicken is always delicious. I had the maple bacon sandwich, very good. Waffle fries are the best. Even tho there was a huge crowd they work efficiently to get food served quickly. I like the chicken strips too. Honey mustard sauce is my favorite.

Every time that I’ve been here it’s been busy and the staff is very courteous and friendly. They are always ready to help and go beyond what they need to do. Food is always good.

Bailey took my order. She was incredibly friendly and patient as I made my menu choice. It was late, near closing, and her attitude was like she had just started work. The food was fantastic. Restaurant was very clean.

It's my pleasure to share a Chick-fil-a story at its finest! My friends and I were on a roadtrip and had exceptional service at our quick pit stop at Chickfila. Upon arriving at our home 5 hours away we noticed we had forgotten our purse. We called Chick fila and shout out to their fantastic employee Ashtin H who not only calmly had been waiting for the owner of the purse to return but shipped my purse back to me at home! Also see the thoughtfulness of the staff with a note and cow for my kids! 🤩 The food is great but the people working here are even better. Thanking the Lord for this staff today.

Great service and fast ordering. Brightest smiles I got today from the staffs. Food came out less than 1 minute and taste good.

First time here! Good food and good experience. I think the waitress was new, didn't know a lot about the menu, but she was fast and courteous. We'll go back.

Always order the Spicy Chicken sandwich, and it is always prepared correctly. Love the waffle fries as well. Table service was new to me, and it was nice.

Excellent and quick service with even better food. During rush hour they add workers underneath their new overhang for the drive through, to take multiple orders and expedite the process. Dine in is now wait to be seated, where they take your order while seated. Has turned into an interesting mix between fast food and dine in restaurant.

My experience at the Chick-fil-A in Waterloo, IA tonight was fantastic! They offer ordering from your table. When I came in, they asked if I was dining in and then had me pick a place to eat in the restaurant. Then someone came to my table, took my order and then delivered it to my table minutes later. I’ve never had a fast food experience like this. It was great to not have to wait in line to order my food and then find a place to sit. Very good service by the entire staff and everyone was super friendly. Great dining experience for a fast food restaurant. Enjoy!

Love their Chick-fil-A sandwiches! I was shocked we ate inside and they took our order and brought it to us! They even checked to see how we were doing! Best chicken around!

I could not believe how smooth everything went, when they were so busy. Kind,clean and fast food service. This was the first time we ate there. Now a day you can't fine service like this. So impressive 👏
