First time here. Was greeted warmly by an associate as soon as i entered the store. Asked for a particular fluid type for my van. Was quickly shown where it was . In and out in 15 minutes. Perfect.

Was having problems with car AC recharge kit, and Garrett not only helped find the right type, but also helped me find the correct port to install and saved my weekend trip. I can't say thanks enough!

Younger guy working there (the 2017 KIA driver) is great. Really went out of his way to make sure my car issue was solved.

Went in after going to AutoZone on Kimball where I got no help and was treated rudely. Advanced got me my battery quickly and was super helpful in finding the right one. They were very friendly as well. Will be back and should have come here first.

This store is great, for the most part your employees are knowledgeable and ready to help, they have a decent on floor selection of random vehicle accessories. This store is always clean whenever I've visited.

Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable. He tested my battery and alternator on my vehicle. I needed a new battery. He got it replaced for me very quickly and I was able to make it to work on time! He has a great attitude and great service!

Night shift staff member helped me with a minor car repair on a nasty night on my way back to Des Moines. The courtesy and professionalism of this employee impressed me and this will influence my purchasing options for future auto parts needs. Thanks to the employee which I failed to even get a name of. His actions got me safely back on the road within minutes.

Best service for an auto parts store ever. Bought a new battery and discovered I needed New cable ends while he was installing it. In -10 degree weather, Mike (CF store) installed New cable ends for me. A+ service.

always helpful upon entering the door and usually can shorten my trip from 10 minutes to down to three or four minutes just buy them going to right where it is and picking it up and cashing me out can't beat that
