This is where I live. Cheapest rent in town. I live in my RV, this beats storing it. Low space rent. Owners just installed solar panels. Clean. Many shaded spaces. There is a waiting list to get in.

Simple and quite. Manager was helpful and park was nicely kept. Mostly full time people that were also nice. No extras but inexpensive and pleasant.

It's not a resort, it's a trailer/rv park. My husband is out here working the powerlines, and there are a few workers that live here as well. We've been here since 2012, and never had a problem. We were here just for work. Not a RV park for vacation

The trail and field is real nice next door to the trailer park. The road in front of the trailer park has a crosswalk with another trail along side the main road. There are also train tracks across the street
