One word; ANDRE. He is amazing. The 1st time my husband & I came to Denny's in Rockford, it was late on a weeknight and NO WHERE was open for late dining. We stumbled upon Denny's and the wonderful Andre. He was so welcoming, kind & accommodating. I have since been back several times & brought family (and we live 30/40 minutes away). The food is always delicious & very affordable & with Andre, you get great recommendations, quality service & he feels like family. Whether its crazy busy or not, he makes you feel like you're his only table. Tonight we came again, got an array of food that was delicious, & we were relieved to see the wonderful smiling face of Andre, the one & only 😊

This was nice. The music was awesome I even sang along a little. I loved my waitress. She was very good. Checked on refills. I wish I remembered her name she was a tall Hispanic woman. Very professional. If I had to choose a Denny's anywhere in the world it would be this one. Food was sizzling hot. I had a skillet.

Service was fast and with a smile. Food was spot on as usual. And the prices keep rising like everywhere. 18$+tip for breakfast with no drink or coffee is tough to stomach.

Such good food and clean friendly atmosphere.... did I mention very reasonably priced? Go! You won't regret it...breakfast all day and night!!

My family and I went there on Sunday and enjoyed every single bite of our meal 😋 But our favorite server, Michelle, put the cherry on top of the cake!!! 😊 Thank you, Michelle, for your GREAT Service.

After Colleen's (on the right in photo) long evening of filming 🎬, we were all hungry and decided to stop at Denny's late this night. The food 🥞was great, the service fabulous and the location better! Right on State St. Right off I-90 and on our way home. Colleen wanted a picture with our waitress (on the left in the photo) because of how nice and attentive she was. 😁For late weekend evenings they have security which honestly made us feel better about stopping. Thank you Denny's!

Our server was great. The food was good. Nice atmosphere and clean. I had the Eggs Benedict (traditional) and it was very good.

It's been a while since I was last here. I am not the type of person that takes pictures of their food, but today my food look picture worthy lol. The food was good, perfect for a rainy day. It looks like the restaurant has some updates, it looks really nice. The staff was very friendly.

Good food. Great wait staff. Nice prices. Sometimes long weekend lines, weekdays aren’t bad.

Alan was our server. VERY efficient and I think he might have ESP. He picked up on every comment from our indecisive 94 year old Mom and got everything perfect. Very nice person 😃

Lovely place for a breakfast meal even in the evening, Andres was so nice, can't wait to go there again.

Was sad to see that they took there grits off the menu but like the new menus and there pancakes are really good. They had some coffee cups that were entertaining. This Dennys is very clean and well taken care of people that have traveled to different dennys would know why I mentioned that.
