I visit here at least 2-3 times per month for play dates with my kiddos and friends. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Food, of course, is consistent and delicious! Wonderful establishment. I highly recommend!

Your usual Franchise branch excellent service and atmosphere.

Great food. Was stuck in drive thru line behind someone making a complaint, which required regular associate, then a manager. They could've had her speak to someone outside of the line rather than hold up our line for the time 20 cars passed by in the other line.

The perfect CFA!! Employees are so nice and helpful. They welcome you, enjoy their jobs, appreciate customers. They are trained like corporate would want them to be. It's so clean in this CFA. Met owner too! Great young man. He even stood outside for hours helping w/ food drive! What boss does that?? THANK YOU 🥰

Just like any other chick fil a excellent ran and very friendly staff. Definitely always a solid place that never let's down. Never can go wrong with the lords chicken

We had 6 in our party and had a great experience here.Food was hot, people were friendly and the place was clean. Manager checked on us and was making his rounds. Very impressed.

The drive through was amazingly efficient and quick and the employees were courteous, as always, even though they were working in the rain. I absolutely loved the rain protection walking pods they were wearing! Also, the food was yummy too!

An outstanding Chick-fil-A franchise here on Rockford Street in Mount Airy, NC. We stopped for sandwiches yesterday and ate in the store. Clean, clean, clean. How refreshing! The service was world class, the politeness of the staff exceptional, the sandwiches are exactly what you see in the photos above the order counter. I see that a lawsuit in another region has begun against one of the fast food competitors Burger King, because a patron was tired of being ripped off by a Whopper that is actually 1/3 the size of the advertised Whopper sandwich --but the cost was not reduced (of course) and the counter staff acted like they wanted to be anywhere but helping the customer. How does Chick-fil-A do its so well? How does this company dominate every market area it enters? Simple: They deliver a quality product just as advertised, deliver it on time, never cutting short the quality, provided by staff who seem truly happy to help a customer, the products are sold at a reasonable price; the top quality and value is consistent regardless of which store in what town or state you stop for a Chick-fil-A product.

The manager/owner asked us if everything was all right, cleared our table, and personally thanked us for frequenting his establishment

Great place to eat and very nice people that's is very polite and respectful to their customers. Always making sure everything is alright. And, I am also glad that Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday and acknowledges Sunday a day of rest. That Sunday's is a day to rejoice in the Lord for all things we have and has done for us! We need more places like this.

We had a grilled chicken sandwich and southwest salad. Both were delicious. The grilled chicken sandwich was hot and had good taste. The southwest salad was delicious. Very spicy. Zoe took our order and she was great. It was the first time I had been to that restaurant and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend it.

This is a nice new chick Fila, I don't even think I've been inside yet. I had to slide through the drive threw to get a frozen lemonade, so good. Incredibly consistent as always.

Chick-fil-A has the best arrangement for drive thru! The lines may seem long, but the move quickly, and the people who process your order (in person, not over a loudspeaker), are fantastic! They seem genuinely happy to be there. The food is always great as well.
