Taco Bell

Some of us (customer) would like to talk to a human being and order our food. There is no menu behind the cashier so you don't know what the price to anything is. This sucks. Food was good and the cashier did great remembering the prices

got some food last night and my order was wrong so I called the manager and he took my name and told me I could come last night or tonight and he would make it right. Well hadn't to long finished eating and it was awesome. I got to give a big shout out to the manager I think his name is Bennett. He is very nice and professional about his job. Great job Taco Bell turned me into leaving a bad review into a great review. I will definitely be back to eat.

I've had such a good experience here! I've only been going through the drive thru but the employees are SO NICE! They also have been getting my orders to me super fast and zero mess ups! Thank you guys for being so nice!

For a fast food Taco Bell this place was great. I ordered a party pack taco box and everything was as expected. Food was fresh They got the order correct and the staff was courteous and kind.

Pretty much what you expect from taco bell. They are usually just clean enough, cheap enough and good enough. Pretty much always get the order wrong in some way, and this location was no different from the rest.

Food tasted good and was hot when we got it which is unusual for fast food. Drive through window staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Food is great they don't fix the food correctly, I have order the vegetarian, black bean wrap most of the time they were very few beans, and they were not prepared, well, sloppy, and assembled incorrectly

This remodel was more than just a "Face Lift" it's a complete overhaul of the entire building. Opting in for a modern aesthetic, it embodies a symbol of change! Be warned you can only order on the app or at the kiosk at the front of the store. Not to worry though staff was ready and willing to assist!

I got the power bowl. It was delicious and i ordered a soft taco also delicious!

SAVANNA is AWESOME 😎!!! There was confusion about what my Taco Bell App says to me on my iPhone and what gets relayed to the Taco Bell in Mount Airy, NC. SAVANNA saved the day when there was a discrepancy in the App. She was quick to acknowledge the differences and she had lots of Smiles, laughter and energetic. She asked if I minded to drive around the front, she would be there quickly. I drove around, she came out with a hand written order and made the purchase right. Within minutes she was back again with the food. She was very kind and knowledgeable about public relations. It was as if I was speaking with one from Corporate. I asked her what her role was and she explained she was one of the managers. From my point of view, Savanna HAS IMPROVED this establishment; Food along with Awesome customer service, and the time management projected itself today. Savanna is Great with people, A tremendous Listener, Communicates with the public with loving kindness and at the same time she acknowledges what the issue is and see if it all matches up. Enjoyed my afternoon THANKS to SAVANNA!!

The food is always prepared and served hot. They have excellent staff at the drive-thru that have always got my order exactly right. I appreciate the friendly greeting each time I go through the drive-thru. I highly recommend this Taco Bell Restaurant!

I've been to quite a few Taco Bell's but this one is the best. The restaurant itself is always clean as are the restrooms. The staff are always friendly and patient. I don't have a long wait time and my order is usually correct! Which is rare to find in a fast food place.

Very friendly people, I had come on a day that 3 people showed up for work. Lots of people called in. Waited 20 mins for my order . Manager was great. She went back and helped. Didn't stress she kept a great attitude and everyone worked hard. I didn't mind the wait. My food was hot and made right.
