Staff is very informed and very responsive while also being warm and professional. They did not make me feel **** for asking questions about the insurance I was purchasing for my home and auto. Thank you for making it easy and keeping me informed on my decisions.

I have both auto and homeowners insurance with All-State. I had some major water damage in our home earlier this year. I must say that Eric and staff helped us through a rough situation. They answered all of our questions and were very prompt in getting the right contractors to complete the job. I would definitely recommend this company for all of yout auto and home insurance needs.

Very helpful and dependable staff. Extremely friendly. I told one staff member I didn't like to be called by my full first name once at the initial conversation and he has always remembered this. I don't know about other Alstate agents but this office is great. They are always friendly and seems ready to assist you. Other offices act like their doing you a big favor by assisting you but not these guys. THANKS.

We started with this agency when we bought a home. They have our home and car policies and we really like them. It’s been almost 5 years and everything is wonderful! Great insurance company!

Eric Schroeder and his team are great to work with. Very informative and helpful. I pruchased a better policy with better coverage that I did have with another company for less money.
I had to have my windshield replaced and they went out of their way to help and even scheduled the appt. for me.

We have been with Eric for years and have recently moved 400 miles away from his office and have no intention of changing agents. Ben is amazing and always available to slassist when I call him with questions.

Eric and his team do a great job of taking care of all of our insurance needs. Had a claim and Allstate and Cory took care of me right away. Their estimate specialist suggested Paintless Dent Removal and it was beautiful. Saved a repaint of my hood and fenders. Was able to keep the factory finish. It was a total Win Win.

Eric Schroeder's Loves Park office is absolutely amazing! The men and women in that office are very professional at what they do. Even speaking with them on the phone is professional as well. I can be hard to deal with at times...and these men and women make it so I am not only comfortable talking with them...but they even put a smile on my face at the end of our conversations. Good employees can be hard to find but our Loves Park office has clearly knocked it out of the park because these young men and women are amazing! Warm, friendly, thorough, and professional staff. Not only that, but great service too! Not only did they get me the cheapest rate, they were extremely thorough and knowledgeable in explaining why I didn't need certain things I had blindly paid for in the past. Best agent i have ever had. Actually tries to save you money and help along the way. I love how personable they are and how your treated like a person with a name instead of a number they dont care about. If your looking for a good agent stop here!! They definitely go above and beyond any agent i have ever heard of. I wasnt happy with the agent i had and i switched over to them just on a whim cuz i drove past their office. Best decision ever!!!
