StoneCreek Dental Care - Huntsville

Due to my previous dentist shifting to a focus on orthodontics, I became a new patient of Dr. Taylor at StoneCreek Dental Care a couple months ago and I couldn't be more pleased!!

At my first appointment Dr. Taylor identified an urgency to replace my oldest crowns (20+ years old, that we had been keeping an eye on with my previous dentist). After setting up the first appointment just before Thanksgiving, I can honestly say that Dr. Taylor took extra care to ensure I literally felt nothing during the removal of the old crowns and the installation of temporary crowns. After just one day, I totally forgot they were temporary crowns -- which was extra nice during Thanksgiving meals (and leftovers!).

Now, having just completed my replacement crowns installation, I can say definitively that Dr. Taylor is the best dentist I have ever had!! After testing the initial fit of the new crowns, Dr. Taylor determined they were just a little too short, and after juggling his schedule the rest of the day, he was able to work with the lab to update the crowns and get them installed all in the same day as expected ... all pain free and completely accommodating to me.

Dr. Taylor's attention to detail, genuine care for his patients, and overall drive for perfection make him HIGHLY recommended to anyone looking for outstanding dental care in the Huntsville/Madison area!! The entire staff at StoneCreek is equally enjoyable: from reception and scheduling to hygienists and assistants, all top notch and I look forward to many more years of service!!

I hadn’t been to StoneCreek in almost 2 years because of the distance it is from my home and office, but I went back yesterday to have some tooth pain seen about. I cannot praise enough the level of customer service I received from LD, Dr. B, and Jessica. I had to get new photos taken, get a filling fixed, and get a cleaning, and I was in and out in 2 hours. Yesterday was 70 degrees out, so I was dressed for the outdoor weather - LD brought me a blanket so I wouldn’t be chilled in their office. I was constantly asked if I was comfortable during my procedure and throughout the rest of my visit. The service provided to me yesterday completely took away my fear of the dentist, and I’m looking forward to seeing the team again for my next cleaning!

This place and ALL of the people are amazing! I had the pleasure of having my dentistry done by Doctor Jordan Taylor! He is the first dentist I’ve tried here in Huntsville and he will most definitely be my last! He and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and informative.

Dr. Taylor took the time to explain each of my options and made sure I understood what was going on, which in turn helped me to make the best decision possible for me. He was very gentle, really set my mind at ease before my procedures, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I will gladly be recommending him to all of my friends and anyone else who is looking for a great dentist! Thank you all very much! Transfer patient from an EXCELLENT doctor that sold his business. He ensured his patients that Stone Creek would take care of us and they did. I had a wonderful, thorough exam. The hygienist was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I was very pleased with my service. Thanks!

My experience was absolutely amazing! All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from the moment I walked in. Chelsea and Dr. Bellamy were both awesome and patient with me as my procedure was completed and explained to me. They even let me get something out of the treasure chest.

These good folks care about you and your dental health. I have had several crowns repaired or replaced with no problems. Dr. Taylor and his staff are top notch when it comes to helping you keep that bright smile. They can work you in if you have an emergency. They are a great team, honest and trustworthy.

My oral hygienist, Chelsea, was very friendly and professional. The cleaning, x-rays, and examination were also reasonably priced.

Update: I had to get two small fillings and StoneCreek got it done pain-free in under an hour. Plus when I had to come back to get them touched up, it was done in under half an hour at no extra charge.

Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and warm. My dental hygienist was awesome. She was genuine, thorough and has a light touch that didn’t hurt my mouth and gums at all. Thank you, Stone Creek for a positive experience!

My dentist left town and transferred us to StoneCreek, I was a little concerned after using a much loved dentist for years. I have to say it was a very pleasant experience and the staff was amazing! The hygienist could not have made me feel anymore comfortable and the Dentist was just as pleasant. Pleasant and professional. I think my family is going to stay with this new team!

May 1, 2024 - Amazing staff, very friendly. Very bright atmosphere. (Love the remodel that was done a few yrs ago). From the Hygienists, the techs, the recpetionist and Dr. B everyone here is so welcoming and accommodating. Specially when I called last minute to have a temp crown put back on before the weekend hit. Dr. B is my 3rd Dr. at Stonecreek in 24 years of going to this location. By far she has been my favorite! Very personable, easy to talk to and she pays close attention to all details necessary. I have the hardest time remembering everyone's names but love to chat with them everytime I go in. They all know me, I'm the lady always reading a book on my tablet! ;-)
