Belk

Great customer service at the desk I went to. There were several desks with no employees, so I had to walk a ways to find a place to check out. Also, one of the fitting rooms was closed, so to change out clothes , I kept having to go back and forth across the store a ways. When I made a return, any people I ran into there were all super helpful and very friendly!

I love Belk, this is a great store to go to if you are looking for a dress for a special occasion or trip. Belk has great prices, and a great selection of merchandise. It's also a great place for shopping for men's clothing items as well as gifts. They have a nice size shoe department. Their baby, children and home goods departments are all wonderful too.

This place is quite good when sales are in progress. I really like the variety of sizes for dress shirts. It was far easier than normal to find shirts that fit me.

First stop whenever bringing the family to shop at Bridge Street. Staff is well trained, kind and friendly. Lots of deals to be found and a huge variety of designer brands. Has great air conditioning. And next door to multi-level parking that is FREE!

Belk is great in a sale but after looking at purses there yesterday I left and found the exact same purse online for $200 dollars cheaper.

I love this Belk store. I always find good deals and the staff is usually quite helpful. I have been able to find appropriate dresses for weddings and other formal/semi-formal occasions as well as every day wear!! I also tend to purchase my foundation here, and the employees are helpful.

The store offers many different designers and is always very clean which makes it easy to shop.

Love Shopping at Belks, but it's hard to get parking,,,The staff are so kind and helpful,,,

I had a great experience shopping at this store. The staff was very helpful and the selection of products was impressive. The store was clean and well-organized. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

We found a lot of great girls clothes on clearance today!!! I averaged $3.65 an item!! And the girl that checked us out was so nice and talked to both my little girls!!

I went to the men's dept to get a shirt. Ended up with two pr pants four shirts a jacket and a belt. All of this under $300 after discounts. The service is super here. Very attentive & helpful staff.

Nicole was very helpful in helping my mom find a blouse to wear to her Tea. She was very kind thoughtful and honest. She had excellent customer service.

Mark, the MOD in men's dept was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL!!! We TRULY appreciated his effort & genuine care for helping us find what we needed!!! Mr. Ron, in the same dept. was totally great as well!!!

Came in shopping for children's clothes. Found what I needed.

Love all the Belk's stores. I have the app that saves the customer so much money and easy to use. The associates are so friendly and make you feel so welcome.

Right now Belk is having huge sales! Went into buy some boots and could not find any to fit my Princess feet! I love Belk! They now have all their Christmas trees and ornaments put up it all looks gorgeous!
