I rented a small storage space through the Internet. The price was very reasonable and the process very streamlined. When I went to actually see it they had even cut the protective packaging on the lock provided. Truly thought of everything. The staff was very nice when I had questions.

staff was super friendly and Vickie was VERY detailed and articulate putting together the contract and setting me up with a unit. Also they make a courtesy call when bill is due to avoid late fees. awesome I tell you! I highly reccomend this location!!

The units are easily accessible 24/7 and the prices are wonderful. However, the highlight of Madison Self Storage is indubitably its staff. They are attentive, communicative, and accommodating. Namely, Noel has been an absolute joy. She always calls me with a reminder about my due payment and has candid conversations with me about future storage options, contract elements, and pricing. Calling to make a payment every month is usually a dread, but Noel makes it swift, simple, and genial. Her personable disposition and efficient work ethic are the reasons I store with Madison Self Storage.

well it sure was nice to rent a unit and not require a human. thank you for making renting a storage unit so easy. also before i forget, when i arrived at the location it was super easy to enter thru the gate system and find my unit. i was pleasantly surprised it was super clean. thank you Madison Blvd Storage. i will tell my friends and neighbors this is the place to keep your stuff when you spend too much time online buying stuff and run out of space at home.

If you need storage this place is it, super convenient and secure. I had my RV stored here on the lot and then got a climate control unit for household goods. It’s been two years and I could not be happier with this facility and staff. Vicky is thorough, professional and friendly....she is a jewel.

Great customer service. Nice folks to deal with. My unit kept my items dry & safe with no issues for over a year & the rates are very affordable. Plus, they never raised my rates, unlike some storage facilities. I completely recommend them.

The staff are professional and very helpful. I've been overseas for several years, and have never had to worry about the security of my belongings left with MBSS. They even replaced my lock for free when their checks had found my unit to be improperly closed. By far the best storage company I've used.

I was moving and needed a larger storage unit temporarily and didn’t know anything about the special. The customer service agent told me all about it and saved me a ton of money making my moves so much easier. They have the greatest customer service and they look out for your best interest and your budget

The staff at Madison Blvd Self Storage were very helpful and thorough. I appreciated knowing my home goods were safely stored and protected 24/7. The units are very clean, and they also keep the grounds spotless. I appreciate their attention to detail and would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Their online rental was easy and a great tool. We rented online and was able to access the storage before the offices open. This allowed us to unload a rental truck without having to rent for an extra day.

Location is great and prices are really good. Way too easy to register online and get set up. Haven’t found any place to compare.

Very easy to secure unit online. On-site, Vicki and Laura were most helpful. Buildings are well lighted and very clean.
