Urgent Care for Children - Huntsville

Absolutely wonderful. First time going. Very simple process for checking in. Extremely nice staff. Very helpful nurses and my daughter was diagnosed and treated very fast and thoroughly. Thank you Urgent care for children for being available on a Sunday morning and helping me to help my daughter. We are very grateful!!

Today is a Sunday an this was the first time iv ever heard of this clinic and beyond thankful that I did! If you have a phone then it's a quick new patient application to book an appointment and most of all the staff were very friendly and when I say the visits are "quick"... I mean "Tokyo drift quick!" as in getting you properly seen, taken care of, and out the door, but let me stress that they do not rush you by any means they just simply don't mess around lol. Highly Recommend to anyone the Huntsville Al location!

This Urgent Care was recommended to me by several moms. I would also recommend it! Super fast wait time and easy check in. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The nurses and doctor were kind, thorough and quick taking care of my 2 year old child. They also let us know to come back if he wasn’t feeling better the following day. Hopefully we won’t need to go back, but if we have more sickness we will go back here!

Thankful to have been able to get care including an x-ray to assess my child’s injury. The nurse and physician’s assistant were professional and compassionate while detecting and treating the fracture. We left feeling confident about our next steps for treatment and that we’d get through the weekend until we could see an orthopedist on Monday.

We always receive the best care at Urgent care for Children. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I recent had the privilege of speaking with Kimberly Hawkins in billing at the Birmingham office. Not only is she very patient and kind, she explained everything and worked diligently to help me. I would have to say this is the best urgent care for kids!

I scheduled online and it was super easy. When we got there, they were ready for our appointment and we spent LESS THAN 30 minutes being treated. Bedside manners were great as well. Now that's URGENT CARE! We will be back!

Our first time here, so glad there is an urgent care just for children. The front staff is awesome, nurse was really nice and the doctor as well- she took time with us to answer all questions. Will definitely be coming back here when we need to!!

The office was very clean, everyone was friendly. The doctor was absolutely great and took all of my concerns seriously. I never felt rushed through like I've felt in a lot of other doctors offices. Thank you for doing such a good job!

My son developed a severe cough overnight, and I found out that a couple kids in his daycare had RSV. My pediatrician couldn’t fit him in for a couple days, so they suggested I go to urgent care. It was so convenient being able to sign in through the app, and be put in line on the waiting list earlier in the day. You can track your place in line through the app, so you don’t have to leave the house until it’s close to your turn. My toddler absolutely hates going to the dr, but everyone who works there were able to make him feel comfortable. Also, the lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful and nice.

Thank you to the staff at this particular Urgent Care!!! They were very friendly and made my 4 year old feel comfortable with everything every step of the way. We didn’t have to wait very long for her to be seen and she was taken care of by a very friendly staff who are very great at working with small children. My daughter told me when we got to the car that she loves those doctors, they are very nice girls and boys.

Process was quick! Staff was so friendly! From reception, to MA, to MD, we were very well taken care of. This was our first visit here as we’re from out of town, but will not hesitate to come back if needed in the future!

Really great service from all the staff. They were so friendly, so careful with our 3 month old, and listened attentively to our concerns.

Any time our kid needs urgent care, we'll be going here.

I was out of town and it was five minutes until the posted closing time when I showed up. My daughter would not stop coughing even after inhaler use, cough syrup, allergy meds….you name it. There was not a bit of hesitation and no rushing whatsoever. I only wish this clinic was back in my hometown. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor…..everyone is exactly where they should be. Thank you all!!!!! You made this sweet girl feel a whole lot better!!

Omg the doctor addressed all my concerns and was incredibly sweet. She gave very important info about dealing with my 3 year old's issues. They treated us very well and were very professional and nice. Doctor addressed my daughter as well as me when talking about her health issues. Facility was very clean and pretty. The staff greeted us when we walked in and told us to have a goodnight when we walked out. It was definitely worth driving from North Huntsville to get my baby taken care of. The wait wasnt long considering the that they were a little busy tonight. Check in was very easy i did everything on my phone. Im glad i brought her here instead the e.r. we have her meds and are home resting. Thanks again

Urgent Care for Children in Jones Valley was quick to take care of us and didn’t keep us waiting long. I just wish they had better bedside manner. I know people have bad days, so that is why it is not a huge concern, it just made my daughter a little uneasy when the intake nurse didn’t even smile at her. Overall, great experience and will definitely use them again if I need to. Kid friendly, and quick.

I love this place I went there Sunday for my 5 month old son. Everyone is so nice and took care of my baby. The place is colorful, lobby area is big multiple seats available, has a snack and drink machine while you wait. Also Dunkin donut is next door. The patient room very nice.

I didn’t have an appointment set up for my son to be seen and they were so generous to let us come in and we were seen within 15 minutes. The doctor came into the room to see my son and gave him 2 lollipops to help calm him down. The diagnosis didn’t take long at all and we were free to leave with a smile on our faces. I highly recommend

This children's urgent care clinic is amazing!!! They deserve 10 stars. They are the sweetest staff you will find around the area and are very quick as well as thorough! I highly recommend them!!

Very quick and friendly staff! My daughter kicks and screams no matter where we go but the Nurse we had here made her so comfortable there was none of that and she even said as we were leaving that from now on she wanted to come here only. We will definitely come back in the future.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and efficient. We were in and out in less than 30 and got everything we needed. The online reservation system is great too. Thank you!
