Edgar's Bakery

I recently ordered a strawberry cake from Edgar's, and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the cake online, and their mobile system was incredibly easy to use. I was able to select the day and time for pickup. They also offered anything else I may need like a cake cutter, but it wasn't intrusive.

The cake was ready when I came to pick it up, and I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. The person who assisted me made sure the writing on top of the cake was correct, and did a great job boxing the cake.

The store was clean, and they had quite a few options for baked items you could just walk in and buy. It was also easy to park right in front of the store.

A few days after I picked up the cake a gentleman called to make sure I had a good experience.

Honestly, this experience felt a little bit like I was in a time machine. When was the last time a business made everything easy for their customers and cared enough to follow up afterwards?

I would highly recommend Edgar's to anyone looking for a cake for a special occasion. They aren't cheap, but the value is certainly there.

I was very happy with the food and service. I loved the coffee. If you haven't tried them yet,go give them a visit.

Madison Town Center location was clean and brightly lighted. Both breakfast and lunch items were good. Service was quick and friendly. Parking was very close to the door. Seating was limited during the lunch rush hour.

I was in a pinch and this team came through for me in a big way. Thank you to the store manager, marketing, and everyone else who had a hand in helping me out. Town Madison Strong! Best dang community ever!

Wonderful people that genuinely are sweet and take care of there customers. The assistance manager was amazing also the cashiers. 10 out of 10 will visit again!
