Kroger Pharmacy

Was having trouble with my medical provider sending my Rx here. Everyone I spoke with here were kind and helpful. Mariah even went above and beyond to make the process easier for whenever my Rx was received and I think it made all the difference. Happy I randomly chose Kroger as my new pharmacy, I had a great experience.

I don't know what changed with the other person, but I'm visiting here from out of state and she was able to get my profile within 2 min, fill it,and make sure I got the meds I critically needed within 10 minutes. Extremely grateful for both the hours of this pharmacy and the helpfulness of its employees.

I drive past 7 pharmacies to get here from my home. Nice to have a pharmacy that actually provides customer service. CVS and Walgreens are only good at making me feel unwelcome.

We needed help and Shelby went above and beyond to help us out, amazing customer service.

I shouldn't have to ask five times to get my Rx transferred from one Kroger to another, but I did. It took your employees five times to get it right. I'd come in to pick up my Rx, and it would be at the old Kroger. I'd have to have it transferred over and wait 45 minutes. I shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes because the incompetence of your employees caused a screw up. I understand waiting 10 minutes, but 45? You screwed up, fix it. I shouldn't have to ask three times to chance my cell phone number and to receive TEXT alerts, but I have to go in later this week to ask for a third time. The first time, the careless employee entered only HALF of my new number. The second time, I got signed up to receive CALL, not TEXT alerts. Not once have I received an apology. Generally my having worked at a pharmacy gives me a bit more sympathy, but there are no excuses for this kind of behavior.

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE! They were suppose to open at 8am so my mother went at 745am to be first in the drive thru so she could get her rx quickly & get back home as she is elderly & handicapped. They left her sitting in the drive thru until 825am and they never acknowledged her nor did they ever come to the window. She kept trying to call them and they were not answering. She finally got a woman to answer to explain her frustrations and the woman hung up on her! We will NEVER be back to this pharmacy and will be calling the store manager to make a complaint, also making a complaint to their headquarters and to the BBB. U do not leave a handicapped person helpless in your drive thru for 45mins ever. Then hang up on them when they call. Very unprofessional and they will be dealt with as this is NOT the first time they have done something like this. Terrible customer service and terrible person shouldnt even be dealing with people. She should be fired.

I wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to! They don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to pick up times and the day it will be ready for pick up. I was told when I called in a prescription on Saturday that I could pick it up with a 90 day supply on Tuesday. When Tuesday came I called to see if it was ready because I was never notified that it was. Only to be told that it was not here, I won’t be here until Wednesday and it’s only a 30 day supply. Calling their customers and letting them know about a delay or to even let them know the prescription has been filled and ready are not important to them. I have complained and talked to two managers and nothing has been done so I have transferred my daughter’s prescriptions else where.

I put allergy note in my file stating that no gelatin and no gelatin produced with pork. They have been not paying attention to my note and giving me medications with gelatin. When I talked with location pharmacist told me gelatin is not causing and they do not pay attention to my note.. very frustrated and I will complain about them to headquarter and bbb.

I just called to see if a medication was in stock that I have had filled there for several years. I was told that what they had was for their regular customers and they couldn't for me.

Will not price match a cash prescription and they wanted 250% more than Wal-Mart for blood pressure medicine. Guess i won't be back here filling anything

Very difficult to deal with . Poor manors and half the time don’t have my script in stock.
