Brown's Tire Pros

Got a flat on the Interstate driving through the area. After the tow truck dropped me at that location, a couple guys immediately took care of fixing my tire like I was in a race car! Within minutes I was back on the road and made it to my destination with minimal delay. Big props to those guys, you can tell they take pride in helping customers in distress.

Brown's has been one of the very few examples across this nation that Ive found of honest hard-work, competence, and absolute professionalism.

They have been truly wonderfulnto my family and I, and I really owe them my gratitude. Anyone reading this, you're in good hands with these gentlemen. I have no criticism whatsoever.

Excellent service! I had a flat on a Holiday Sunday, although they didn't provide my emergency tire change they answered the phone on Monday morning and said they could gladly get me in. They fixed my flat, put the tire back on and cleared my emergency light for a small labor charge and got me back on the road. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were visiting Cloudland Canyon State Park in Trenton Georgia, having towed an airstream trailer from Texas. We had been advised in Texas to replace our rear brake pads before coming home. We called Brown and explained our situation and they told us if we arrived at a certain time they could take care of us immediately and where we could unhook our trailer. They were amazing. Although they were obviously very busy they took care of us immediately. Super nice family run business

Great service just went today and had brake pads replaces on my car along with a new rotor did a great job amd was very quick it was a walk in I didn't have an appointment I was very pleased with the time it took and the customer service provided I recommend this shop Good Work !!!!

I’ve used Browns Tire Pros for years, and they always have great prices and do great work. Definitely a shop with integrity which is hard to find these days. They always stand by their motto and keep you rolling.

Found a nail in my tire 20 minutes before they closed. Grayson got it repaired quickly and I was back on my way.

Browns Tire is hands down the best auto place in the area. Their service is impeccable, their prices very fair, and they are upfront about what they do. Wh had the tires rotated and the oil changed on my van and my wife had two new tires put on and the oil changed on her Jeep Cherokee. They were courteous and they did all of that in a timely manner.

I cover Dade County for work and looked down and saw a nail in my tire. I was too far from home and too nervous to pull it out so I went by Browns Tire for a plug. The gentleman was so kind and pulled the nail out and told me it wasn’t far enough to leak and sent me on my way! I honestly wouldn’t have known any better and they could have easily taken advantage of the situation. They were fast and trustworthy and I so so appreciate it!! Thankful to have this resource in case I get into a situation like this again!

Very Down To Earth, with a Southern Hospitality, that brings a smile to my face any time I find myself in need of any of their Many Services. It may be named "Brown's Tire Pros", but they also do a ton of other mechanic work, like mufflers, etc. Also, if you find yourself just in need of a little advice, about a vehicle, just give them a quick call (During business hours of course lol) and just ask your question. Believe me, if I have a question I need answered, especially if I'm planning on taking my vehicle to have them do the work... (which I will & do, if they are able to do what I need done.) I just give them a quick ring, and I tell you now, I haven't ever had a problem getting at least some sort of answer, even if they aren't equipped to do it, they usually suggest someone who probably can. So at least you're not stuck for sure. So if you're out this way, give em a call. I'm sure they'll be glad you did.

I have been having issues with my tires losing air and having to constantly have them aired up almost weekly.
They replaced the air with nitrogen and found a nail in one of the tires which they fixed as well.
I will be using them in the near future for my new set of tires. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable.

Want to thank all the people at Browns Pro Tire. My wife and I were moving from Maryland to Texas when all the sudden we noticed our tire was going low. The gentleman at Browns were quick to say come on in when I called them. Once we arrived they started working on the tire right away. We were there for no more than 15 mins.
