I recently had the pleasure of dining at a charming restaurant in Chattanooga, Tennessee, that specializes in Southern chicken, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warm and welcoming ambiance that you'd expect from a true Southern eatery.

The star of the show, of course, was the Southern chicken. The menu offered a variety of options, from crispy fried chicken to tender smoked chicken, and every bite was a taste of Southern comfort. I was on a short trip across state and stopped to try them out for breakfast. It was very good. I had biscuits and gravy. The staff was nice and helpful.
I took a weekend trip with my family to Georgia and stopped on the way and on the way back. My wife and kids liked it as much as I did. Great lunch, burgers, fries, chicken and maybe the best milkshakes ever.
Open one in Nashville please!

This place was good It had everything from breakfast to fried chicken the prices weren't horrible the Big Jack wasn't very big but their chicken sandwich was outstanding and delicious. I would recommend this place to people.

I meant to leave a more detailed review we had the two $6 dinners one of which was the chicken fried chicken and the other was the country style steak. Both were delicious!

Very good fast food for a good price. Bidenomics has cause a serious rise in prices, and Jack's still has affordable dinners available. Good food, excellent biscuits, and good service.

First-time customer. Great place. Everyone was busy doing what they were supposed to. Stopped to help us as they should.

I got their breakfast special. I don't like grits so I got extra gravy instead of grits and prefer sausage which they had no problem customizing the order. They were very polite. I asked for light ice and my caramel iced coffee. They obliged. I dined in. It was a very clean restaurant and all of the employees had a smile on their face

Food was hot and tasted fresh, the manager was friendly very welcoming place.

Jacks was down the road in Stevenson I did not think it was all that I just went few times did not even see them in Chattanooga now years later they are all over so I stopped one morning got egg cheese biscuit same as I always got at Hardee's I could not believe it blowed me away how good it was better than Hardees I have not got nothing else but the ice cream it was good

Amazing food and give that man donavon needs a raise he was so kind and down to earth truly an amazing soul.

If for no other reason, go for the ice cream. We were on vacation and stopped here for food. I had the Smoky Mountain Fudge ice cream and it was so good that I made us go back another time just for the ice cream. ☺ Great service, too!

I wish they had these in Florida! Tons of options on the menu, very reasonable prices, clean dining room. Ate there several times over the course of 5 days in Chattanooga.

My first time at a Jack's. Burger was very good, fries were great, Service was quick and friendly. Restaurant was fairly clean. Plenty of outlets at tables so devices can be plugged. Appreciated the hospitality and will be back for sure.

We stop at Jacks often, it is one of my favorite fast food places. This location was especially clean and welcoming. I overheard the manager encouraging and complimenting the employees on doing a good job. That was very nice to hear

The chicken strips and fries were very tasty, and the attendant helping to take my order was super friendly and helpful. For the money, I felt it was a good value. This was my first time eating at a Jack's, but it won't be the last.

Great food. Didn't get my breast in my 3 piece fried chicken meal, but they corrected it. Excellent fried chicken!
