Garrett was very helpful throughout the whole process of getting my accident settlement taken care of. He always kept in contact and was there to answer any questions I had. I want to make it very clear that these 5 stars are for Katy and Katy only. When we first hired these people, everything was great and they told us we were in good hands, only to NEVER communicate with us or tell us what they needed from us to move the case along. I would literally call our attorneys every single day and not get a response for 2 weeks. No one ever reached out to give us an update, just an occasional, generic and non-personal letter in the mail saying they were working behind the scenes even if we couldn’t see it. I had no idea what the process even looked like or how long it would take. It was incredibly frustrating and my husband and I felt very abandoned after our car accident. This went on for almost a year, then a couple of the attorneys assigned to us were let go (rightfully so) and Katy was put in charge of our case. THANK GOD!! Everything changed from then on. She called to introduce herself, explained where in the process our case was currently, and what she still needed before submitting the claim. That one phone call was literally the most communication we’d had from anyone at this company since we hired them. Katy sent us regular updates and was in constant communication. It was truly a breath of fresh air. She took care of everything and finalized both mine and my husband’s settlement packages in a very timely manner and we are beyond pleased with our payouts. In general, I would not recommend this law firm because they will leave you in the dark. BUT if you do hire them and are lucky enough to have Katy as your attorney, know you are in very good hands because she’s the best!!
