I was in a jam trying to find this particular Item I asked a few employees. They couldn't find it so I asked one More employee Ron from the electrical department. He was very helpful. He went out of his way to find what I needed. He Saved me a lot of stress from
Running around to other places.

Home Depot is a great place to shop go there for many other things besides the lumber and nails Black Friday and Christmas time is a great time for many deals and savings purchased about 15 different items as you that go from $50 to $75 for. $20 to $30 a piece will definitely you sharpen your again even got some child's toys from this place this time they had a few Minnie Mouse coloring books bicycles play sand many different things around Black Friday that you would not expect it they sell there this year I even got to track and find tags which I'm going to use for my dogs at a great price to for 10 bucks have not used yet but hoping they will work right

I have been a regular customer at my local Home Depot store for quite some time now, and I must say, I absolutely love it. The store is always well-stocked with everything I need for my DIY projects and home repairs. The staff members are incredibly knowledgeable and always eager to help me find what I'm looking for. They provide excellent customer service, answering all my questions and offering helpful tips and suggestions.

The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I appreciate how they have a wide range of products and brands to choose from, making it easy to find the right tools and materials for any project. The checkout process is also efficient and hassle-free.

My home away from home.. They really don't have any competition and have the market cornered. You wanna make it a one-stop deal? This is where you go.. They even call me when my pro rewards are gonna run out. I'm waiting for them to send me on a trip. For all the money I spend in this place...!!!! Staff is hit-or-miss. There are some knowledgeable people. And then there are the ones that should be working at dunkin' donuts.. Not that there's anything wrong with that I go there every day..!!!

Great store, helpful associates, someone cut wood for me, was awesome.

Had a great customer service experience with this store. Called just to ask if they had ramps to get a motorcycle off a truck, but instead a woman named Carly, went above and beyond to help me out. She called me back with the product in her hands and waited for me to arrive to show me where the service counter was. Even when leaving the host was so friendly and warm, made me feel like they actually appreciated me choosing their store. The Home Depot in Salem, NH is definitely my go to for any Home Improvement supplies I may need in the future. Extremely happy customer!

Just left Home Depot on Rte 28 Salem NH amd I had to write a review because the staff, including a manager, were so nice and helpful. I don’t normally come to this one because it’s geographically out of the way for me, but I’ll travel here from now on for the awesome customer service. A+++

I would like to compliment and thank Andres who works in the lumber department. He was very patient and helpful with me while I was placing my order for lumber and supplies needed to replace my wooden deck. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He knew about the composit product I was buying and evrything else I would need . He explained the process of what I would need to do when picking up my delivery. He was compassionate and understanding helping me and my disabled husband. He deserves a raise!!!

In a world, where all too often, people complain about their self perceived entitlement and feeling of being treated anything less than royalty, complaints about the manute and trite are too abundant. Rarely does good service go recognized anymore. I am writing this review because of member of the Salem Home Depot store, Michael F in the service department D94 Went above and beyond to help me and Deserves all the recognition in the world! I went to this location to pick up my brand new electric stove. The customer service agents that helped me were great. They went and got my electric stove and they helped me put it in my car. They then helped me by telling me which aisles to go to get my last minute items. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes. I was able to make it back in time for dinner. I will be coming back here in the future if I'm in the area.

I was looking for some water filters. And I has to ask for help. Tammy came and helped me. She was so good at her customer service. Got on the ladder and went above and beyond her duty. Thank you so much Tammy!! You rock!!

Needed some guidance finding what I needed and found the friendliest associate. Also when I got to the paint desk, Luis cracked a joke and made me smile. Found what I needed and even saw two very friendly people who seemed to love their jobs!

I might like Lowe's but I love home Depot

I want to post this review of an employee named Rita, at customer service desk who went beyond the call of duty, it very imperative a store manager acknowledges this employee.

Around early June of this year (2018), there was an online order of near $3000.00 dollars for tiles that i went to pick up at this store, of which not even half of the order was available in stock. This employee wrote down a list of every other home depot that had materials in stock of each item in my order.

But wait, theres more!

She was very patient, very nice about explaining the situation, during delays and confusion around the store about my order. Extremely comprehensive, as at first i did not have my ID in hand.
During the whole ordeal i was translating (to another language) everything to another worker with me, the order pickup was going to take as long enough until store closing time (past employee's shift hours) of which she waited for until the worker i was with returned to store to pickup the order.

The pickup visit took as long as an hour almost, line was held for a long time, not once this employee slouch or get aggravated, without any form of attitude.

I compare this experience to other experiences with other employees at this same store as i did a near 2 months long job near this store, of which i would stop by at least once a day at. Speaking of which theres another very comparable employee at the pro desk.

Home Depot has Good price, and materials, but most of all, at the Store in Salem NH, we had a very good service!!! A lady name Marie was so helpful!! Is nice to found good people when you need help make decisions.
