McDonald's

The place was packed and I was there with my children. The lady who brought me my order was so apologetic for the wait, and I didn't even think it was that long. She ran off before I can tell her she was doing a great job. She was wearing a reflector vest, also delivering orders to cars. She was handling the beginning of the rush well.

Ordered a meal and a Grandma McFlurry through the app. Went to the drive thru to pick it up. Guy hands me the bag and I drive off. As I was making my way to the exit, the same guy from the drive thru comes out of the restaurant and runs towards me with the McFlurry that I'd completely forgotten about.

Thank you drive thru guy. You're a legend. :D

One of my favorite McDonald's to frequent. O had a deal on my phone on the app and there was am issue bit the manager was kind enough to apply the discount and that means alot to me

This McDonald's is way better than the one on Chelmsford street in Lowell. The one on Chelmsford street they are unprofessional. This McDonald's customer is way more professional and pleasant

The parking spaces were a bit tight to maneuver, especially when trying to leave and there is a line wrapped around the building for the drive through. It is in a great location. The food was really hot and came out pretty quickly. I have to say this McDonalds has improved over the years. The inside looks really nice and is keeping up with the times.

Best crew I've met at any McDonald's! All Shifts! They always go the extra mile, I was nervous about ordering a burger with no bun. Who comes to McDonald's and removes the bun, am I right?! Well I do lol, and they go above and beyond every time! The patties are placed nicely and all of the toppings are neat. Not just thrown. I love it!

Friendly staff, quick service, clean restaurant.

Food is good and mornings the deliveries and service is good but at evenings and nights they are very slow in making good and service need to improve that

No complaints about this location. They had the items I wanted even though it was pretty late at night. We went through the drive-thru and even though there was a line it went quick. The employees were friendly and they got everything correct.

Today while ordering at the drive thru, this worker was so kind and help me with my order. She was so polite and I love her amazing customer service. Thank you for making it so pleasant. I can’t see her face but I think she introduce herself as Tajaa (the pretty girl with red or pink hair)? Keep up the awesome job. ❤❤❤

Typical nice clean and friendly. They even brought my food out to me!!

This McDonald's is the best around. Michael and Nick went above and beyond! They provided amazing conversation over the drive-thru and our food was hot and delicious. I could see Michael being a successful manager here. He had a professional presence and totally deserves a raise. Thanks guys!

Its a McDonald's. Nothing special about the place. The girl taking my order was more nice than your average McDonald's worker. And they got my order right, so thats a plus

I had to deliver some mail to a friend in a physical rehab facility near this McDonald's so I decided to treat myself to breakfast.
I was greeted promptly as I walked into the restaurant and my order was taken and I went to my table and the order was there in less than 3 minutes. My large iced coffee was perfect and my 2 Sausage Mc Muffins were fresh and hot.

I wanted to say the most heartfelt thank you to the Team that was working the Mammoth Road location, first window, later this afternoon (Tuesday Nov. 9th). I live in Toronto Canada and my Mom (80+) lives in Lowell MA. She's been going to McDonalds for over 60 years. We are far apart but speak 1-2x daily- she is amazing. This below is the type of stuff we talk about, share our days together, treasured minutia. We are fortunate to have this. Today she felt energized enough to go out and enjoy the weather which inspired her to indulge herself a favorite treat, vanilla soft serve at MickyDz!! She headed through drive-thru, ordered, and when she got to the window the 'McDonald Mammoth Road Drive-Thru Influencers' handed her the order with a big smile and that it was on the house!! The happiness hug and lift that this gesture did for my Mom is immeasurable. I thank you for seeing her today and making her heart feel good.The human race is good. This goes out to Britney in the drive-through she make the place so pleasant was such a positive attitude it's very welcoming. She deserves to be noticed if she hasn't already. Shout to Britney :))

Great coffee here and you can't beat the price with all sizes of coffee or medium iced coffees being $1 all the time. Medium iced coffees are now free on Mondays only. Service is usually good here too.
