The food was AMAZING!!! The freshest food I think around. We don't get fast food much but when we do it is only at those McDonald's

I left my phone in the bathroom by accident. The staff was honest and turned it in. The manager was crazy busy but made sure I got it. THANK YOU 😊😊

This was one of the hood McDonald's that had good food not thrown together went there twice and a couple day span and both meals were good 👍

The only McDonald’s that I will go to in Lowell. Always hot and fresh. And employees have always been so nice.

Newly remodeled, very clean, people friendly, used the kiosk ordering, prices great, spent a total of $3.21.

I went with my three grandsons to buy some happy meals for them. We received friendly and very polite attention, but due to human error and also involuntary, the toys we had paid for did not come in the boxes. I contacted McDonald's customer service and received an unexpected response from the Director of Operations, Mr. Robert Broughton. he very personally he took the necessary measures to solve the small incident; very quickly and effectively receive the best response for me and my grandchildren.

Great staff! Very helpful! Yall are the best! Props to the manager!

Although there are multiple McDonald's restaurants in my local area to choose from, this particular one is my top pick. My family has ordered here many, many times over a span of years. I have never had a negative experience. The staff is ALWAYS extremely polite ( a quality that is difficult to come by sometimes at fast food restaurants) and very accommodating. They are always very busy when I have visited which I believe is due to the quality of their customer service! However, I have never had to wait an unacceptable amount of time wether ordering inside, drive-thru, or online for curb side pickup. Their food is always hot, fresh and on point.
Again, never a negative experience here,my top pick for local-to-me McDonald's!!

Marvin (GM) is an absolute delight! He praised his employees for getting our food swiftly!his positive attitude was a great change of pace (compared to other McDonald’s). Our food came out hot and ready in less than 5 minutes. Whoever is Marvin’s boss needs to give this man a raise!!

When McDonald's makes their food FRESH, it really hits the spot. McDonald's food is good, but on this day, everything was made at the time we ordered and just made it that much better!

The service is great and the place is kept immaculately! Everyone is always very friendly and my order is ALWAYS brought out quickly!! The managers have made a HUGE improvement to this establishment since taking over!! 😁

After a horrible experience with Varnum Ave McDonald's, I came here and Manager Charles helped me and my friend out so much, it really made my night!

It's people like him that need to lead the service industry. Absolutely excellent. If you're in Lowell, come to this SPECIFIC mcdonald's. Sounds crazy but this ship is ran tighter than the rest.

Just came from a long drive up from CT and really needed a bathroom break. Figured they'd only let us use if we purchased something but they let us right in. Very friendly staff, unlike most I've been to. We wound up purchasing food and drinks for the road anyway. My nephew was given a cookie courtesy. What an amazing, and thoughtful crew in the Christmas season no less!

this girl picked up my wallet n it had all my ids n allat, dont know what i woulda done if it got lost…shoulda got her number lol!

Just got back from a long trip to Maine to see my ailing sister. Needed to stop to take a short break, the place was quite busy, but the service was fast, staff was excellent, the place was clean and the restrooms were immaculate. A major factor when traveling with females. She was very pleased and happy sometimes restrooms in fast food restaurants are not up to par with how they are kept.

Great breakfast team. Reliable, and quick. I stop by on my way out the lowell connector to work. Drive through team is lit. I've used mobile app so much, they've recognized me. Lol

Always my last time good experience in best fast food when I come more late in home I pass over there to complete day !

I get a special order to avoid gluten and dairy. The person taking my order made an extra effort to understand what I need and explain it to the folks in the kitchen. I checked my order when I got it and was happy with the results. McDonalds isn't fancy or partially memorable but when someone cares about me enough to get my custom order right, I appreciate their efforts.

Yazmarie is such a good worker I think she just started but honestly the best service I ever came across !!

Employees where very very helpful. My son threw up in the bathroom and I had no way to clean it up. I let the manager know about it he was extremely nice and courteous about the situation and took care of it. They are right on top of things even with dinner rush. Unfortunately due to the area drug used to problems and when my girlfriend went to change our daughter she found a needle. Again the manager took care of it right away and was very apologetic.
