McDonald's

I have nothing bad to say about this. McDonald's, it is one of my favorites every time I come here. My order has always been correct hot and delicious. Thank you to the staff for taking pride in your food and service.

It’s McDonalds. Very consistent and relatively cheap. Everything was good as expected. My only tip is to use the app, can save you some good money.

Consistently good service. I'm not typically one to leave reviews for things, especially not big corporate fast food restaurants but this location is very well managed and my most recent time ordering delivery they went as far as to call me directly to substitute an item they'd run out of. I've been on both ends of food service and know this is not as common practice as it should be, almost anywhere else would just remove the item from the order.

My fiancee has dialysis at the center down the road so we sometimes go here when his ride runs late we went today 3-28-24 and the people were very nice the food was well cooked and the fries were actually hot not burn your mouth hot but comfortable eating temperature hot their was one person who was absolutely amazing I think it was the on duty manager at the time but I'm not sure she was beyond amazing this was the best McDonald's experience I've had in a very long time I got the chrispy chicken sandwich and my fiancee got the double bacon quarter pounder with cheese the ice-cream machine was actually working to

This location has incredible service ! very impressive.
But to McDonald’s corporate ….Bring back Cinnabuns!!! They are so good

The staff at this McDonald’s is attentive and polite.

Another wholesome experience yet again. Prices were low, staff were friendly and efficient, food was hot and tasty, and location was modern with a nice dine-in. Highly recommend.

McDonald's in Lowell,corner of Mammoth Rd. Has a singing Customer Service rep that works the window ❤ he's absolutely hilarious. Singing the McDonald's theme song along with a repeat of order back to you as a rap song. Love it

I don't usually review McDonald's locations, but this one is exceptional, so I feel compelled to do so. I stop here frequently when I'm in the area. The drive-thru is always fast, efficient, accurate, and friendly. Two-lanes that can handle a crowd. Easy access off and on Interstate 495. Easy access (with a lighted intersection) from busy Rogers Street. Highly recommended.

Not much to say it's a McDonald's. Typical establishment, same food as always.

I visited the drive through today at dinner time, there many people in line and waiting. I got to the first window and then suddenly my new car DIED! It wouldn’t turn back on, all different malfunction lights came on and I was panicking. I felt so bad there was a huge line behind me. The manager told me he would be right out to help, and he came outside in the rain with two other employees to help push my car to a safe area. Ryan, the manager and his team went above and beyond to help me and I am truly appreciative.

Driving back from Portland, Maine and stopped for a bite to eat at 2:06am. I'm dead serious when I say this was the best, fresh, and most delicious Double Quarter Pounder I have ever eaten!! I was shocked at how fantastic it was. Amazing drive thru service. Our order was correct, condiments were correct, and the food was hot and fresh! Amazing location and service.

You guys are so awesome and a big thank you to Samantha. It’s hard finding food out here other then truck stops that are way over price because of parking and our size.

Service associate lady at counter was very friendly, polite (looks like new) and provided good service.
Store's seating arrangements and in side atmosphere was Nice too.

This is likely my Favorite McDonald's in the area. Always consistent with quality and service, and they employ an amazingly special employee in Michelle, and she's always an added bonus to the experience! She's absolutely phenomenal!!! Always a treat to have her greet you when you walk in!! Go Michelle!!!

I was very impressed by the young manager tall with the dark hair I believe his name was Ryan. Gave me excellent customer service and was very helpful. This is my favorite location I always am greeted with a smile and the staff is always very nice and the food here is the best out of all the locations in Lowell. Make the trip and come to this one for sure.

Very nice guy he took my tray from me and then asked how my food was. U don’t see that at a Mc Donald’s

Coffee with espresso shot is $2.99 ss opposed to dunkin donuts almost $6. Cashier couldn't speak good English though and charged me a medium instead of large but other than that good coffee
