Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ludington, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here July 2nd, 2024 with my wife.

Nice clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was standard for a Holiday Inn Express - nothing special, but it did the job. Cookie Hour (cookies and coffee) from. 8pm to 9pm was a nice touch. The lobby and dining area were nice. Pool and hot tub were great, but it was pretty busy with kids. After they left, it was relaxing. They also have an outdoor patio with a lot of seating.

No complaints at all. Would recommend.

Very clean hotel. Super friendly. Pet friendly! We were in town for the coast to coast race and another motel in town ripped us off. We had to find a new lace at 11pm. We called and they took great care of us. Even helped us out with the price because it was late. My wife and I always love the beds at all the holiday inns as well. Thanks again!

Had a great stay! Raymond at the front desk was very helpful and enjoyable. Knew the lucky charms theme song we couldn’t figure out haha The pool is perfect. Not too cold not too warm. Room was clean.

Exceptional experience. We have visited many hotels. This one stood out as being in a nice area, very clean facilities, and most of all the staff was so friendly and helpful, but not weirdly so. Staff attitude was on par with Chick-fil-A.

Clean, well-kept, good location just outside Ludington. Very friendly staff, great breakfast. Just wish there was an EV charger or two.

I don't review hotels often, but this place deserves it. Everything was super clean, they have cookies at night and a free breakfast in the morning. The room had an Ethernet cable, which was good cuz the Wi-Fi was sketchy.

Overall it just looks like they thought it everything, all the little stuff added up to make a perfect uneventful one night stay.

Good location for a hotel and with holiday inn, you know what you are getting.

Lobby is spacious but you can smell the pool through the lobby floor.

Rooms were clean and had everything expected. It is was also quiet so sleep was easy.

I had prebooked and prepaid which wasn't picked up at the check in time. A quick chat the next morning hopefully has it resolved.

We dont stay at hotels very often but this #holidayinnexpress really knows how to maximize the guest experience. From amazing, well trained, friendly staff. To cozy barrier free rooms. This whole stay has been 10/10. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, had hockey league kids in the hotel, put us on 4th floor and never knew they were their. Hotel staff was very professional.

We stayed 2 nights here and had a great experience. The lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Check in was speedy and the room and hotel was clean which was most important to me. Breakfast was a good assortment of hot food, bread, bagels, yogurt. I also appreciated the 24/7 hot coffee available in the Cafe area. My only complaint is that our bed was pretty firm so it was uncomfortable however the soft pillows were wonderful. I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

My wife and I rented a couple of rooms for my daughter's 11th birthday. We hit up Stix for bowling followed by the hotel for swimming and hot tub. We typically don't write reviews, but as our stay progressed there were little things we noticed bout the condition of the hotel that we just needed to let others know about. First, the cleanliness was first rate. For the mid of winter, there were no salt stains on the carpet in the lobby, hall, or the carpeted stairwell. Every time I was in the lobby, someone was mopping. The pool was clean, and there were plenty of towels. The shower water pressure was excellent. The breakfast was the best hotel continental breakfast I've ever had. Coffee was always available and the coffee bar was always organized and clean. This is a phenomenal reflection of the staff working. They appear to take great pride in their work, and I hope they're compensated fairly. My wife and I will suggest this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We needed a room for the night while traveling so we stopped here. Julie at the front desk was wonderful… friendly and efficient! We had a large king room that was roomy and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and had nice soft pillows. The towels are a little rough to the touch, but that’s my only small complaint. This hotel is the most beautiful and clean Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in! It’s bright, modern, and roomy in the lobby and eating area. The breakfast was the typical continental breakfast and laid out nicely. Very pleased with our short stay! I highly recommend!!

VERY nice rooms, staff was exceptional! Some free weights, bikes and treadmill in the gym. Didn't use pool but looked and smelled clean

First time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and we were both very pleased with the room, with the openess and cleanliness of the hotel and grounds and especially the breakfast buffet! H-I Express will be our go to hotel from now on when traveling.

Very beautiful clean rooms with high tech blinds and curtains and the staff was amazing

It was a very pleasant experience , the employees were very nice always smiling , Saying good morning, and good evening. We were both impressed with the comfort of the bed and the pillows! I would have to say it's one of the nicest Holiday Inn expresses I've stayed in. What impressed me the most I'd have to say is every employee I walked by smiled and said hello or good morning or good evening! Nice touch!

I have long term stays for travel nursing and so far this is one of the best places I have stayed. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The pool and hot tub are always clean and fresh. The gym has newer equipment. And the staff has been fantastic. Angela and Julie at the front desk have been especially accomodating and friendly. There's a Meijer across the street, with a gas station, so groceries and fuel are nearby, but the hotel sits outside of town so there's no hassling with the downtown traffic. I highly recommend this place

Very clean and well maintained hotel! Great spot to stay outside of the busy parts of Ludington. Easy on/off the expressway. Meijer across the street! Pretty nice drive into Ludington from this hotel. Breakfast was good, clean and kept stocked each morning. I would stay again!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Maryanne today. My husband and I were there overnight, and as we were leaving, I refilled my coffee cup.

She asked me if I needed help, as I am in a wheelchair. She not only helped me with a smile and a very friendly attitude, she also chatted with me and I loved her instantaneously. Please make sure she sees this. I really loved her.
