The Fire Station Cannabis Co. Negaunee (Recreational and Medical Cannabis)

Love The Fire Station Negaunee! All of their locations are great but Negaunee is my favorite. I live a couple hours away but stop in person any time I’m in the area. Today I tried out their UP Wide Delivery Service. Placed my order yesterday, I called with a question this morning and Ashley was super helpful with getting that answered promptly. I was also informed at that time that my delivery driver, Alex, had a small delay and could possibly be a few minutes late but he arrived right on time. Super friendly and professional, all I had to do was present my ID, sign and initial my life away on the paperwork and make my payment. Wow was that super easy and convenient. Highly recommend both the in person store experience and their delivery service.

Ashley - dispatcher & Mallory - driver. Got another delivery today. They are very friendly, Ashley remembered the time frame I like for delivery, that was a pleasant surprise as I had forgot to specify in the instruction. I have spoken with her many times and she is always very friendly and helpful
Mallory this is the 2nd delivery from her and she is always so nice, she likes my dog, he likes her. Honestly is as easy or easier to get my medical 'bud' delivered to my door as it is to get a pizza.
Great place, nice friendly staff & management! If you have not taken advantage of U.P Wide delivery you really should!!!

This is my favorite shop in the area. Delivery dispatcher Ashley and driver Mike got me my order super quick. I love the daily cartridge deals.

I came into the Negaunee store purchase 1 small 1g vape. I had very low expectations as far as recieving information specific about product.
After speaking with Alexis and Bre I realized that their knowledge on the product they sell is educated, extensive and immensely informative. They freely shared all they know about what i asked for.
Both of them were kind, and spoke with humility in an effort to not allow me to feel so uneducated about all of the products.
After about 30 seconds listening to the I felt like a gorilla that uses sign language to ask for a grape.
After being absolutely schooled by Bre on all the many aspects of the various types of product sold throughout the store i settled on a 2g vape and a 1g wax.
I liked the name of the wax. (HC Moonshine Haze)
I have tried the vape (Packwoods Jelly Dulce) it has a smooth hit and a sweetened taste. It is also VERY potent.
Overall I think the process was incredible. Both Alexis and Bre were very patient with me as a person with very little experience and knowledge. The customer service was incredible. The store was spotless and everything was very clean and uncluttered. Pricing is competitive.

Such a great group of people here! I come to this store once a year and am always so grateful for each employee here. The staff go out of their way to make sure every need you have is met.

Patti B and Laura L waited on me and Alexis T was my budtender. They understand what crippling anxiety is. They understand what OCD is. They GET IT. Truly remarkable people who sincerely want you to get the medicine you need.

Great service! Was greeted by a friendly receptionist. And then taken back to the sales floor by a friendly Budtender. I work as a Budtender for a different dispensary and was "checking out the competition" and getting products we don't carry. As a first time customer I was given a free gummy or preroll and I chose a gummy. And I appreciated the care of making sure the glass bowl I bought was wrapped with care. Being in the industry I've gone to a few dispensaries and this one is top notch and I would shop here again.

Always a BIG thanks to Ashley, she's my favorite and the best by far!!! And John is always a pleasant delivery driver, great customer service, some of my favorite people to have for my delivery! Keeps me returning every time!

These guys are absolutely amazing! I mean it. I've been using their delivery service for around a year now and it saves me so much hassle and money over the local dispensaries.

Their prices are significantly lower than any of the local dispensaries. Their staff is super helpful. The person I usually speak to over the phone is Ashley. She has gone above and beyond to help with my questions and any issues! They've delivered when it was absolutely terrible blizzard like conditions before so kudos to their amazing delivery team as well! All in all the best around in every category.

I’m a very consistent customer , I order delivery multiple times a week from Negaunee to Menominee. Big shout out to Ashley and Amanda for always being so helpful, and Thankyou again Mike! For patiently waiting in his car for me to get back to my house, great guy. Very very friendly and always a great encounter! Love you all ! Won’t go anywhere else honestly everyone here has always had my back .

Being disable makes it hard to leave my house at times. So the delivery option is awesome. I have dealt with staff both in person and on the phone. They have been very helpful in there recommendations for me. I now no longer have to sulk around for my medication. Love It Love It. Can say much more about them other than try it for yourself and find out.

I just recently found out about delivery! I’m an hour(one way) from Houghton so was ecstatic to find out about this! The deliveries come from Negaunee and Ashley and Caleb have been the most excellent, professional customer service people! I can’t say enough good things about these two!
