Had a problem with a scale, it kinda just fell apart when i took it out of the box. I brought it back like 2 hrs later and explain what had happened. They put up a bit of a fuss. Which I get it on their end. But in the end they got me a working scale and made it right. Thats what counts. I actually drove from Marquette there because i had previously bought products from wild wild west tobacco and they have been mint. The older lady with short hair has always been very pleasant to interact with. Thank you for the excellent service on her end.

Very neatly kept, very organized, and a variety of products. Staff both times have been very helpful and friendly. The prices seemed fair, and I haven't had a problem. Would recommend going there for any smoking needs.

Nice older lady knows her stuff. Theres a tall skinny young skater guy who was very accommodating. They always work hard to find what you need, even if you dont quite know what it is. I buy cigarettes here every week in bulk for the discount (not for me).

I love this shop! Staff is warm and welcoming, as well as extremely helpful. Shop is open and accessible, I'm wheelchair bound, and it's rather rare to find places like this that aren't crowded.
