This prompt care provided some of the best medical experiences my husband and I have ever had. Dr. Habib was so kind and really listened to everything we said. He didn't brush off anything and he seemed like he really cared. Every person from the receptionist to the nurse to the xray tech were some of the kindest people I have ever met and truly cared and loved their jobs. The prompt care is nice, clean, and newly renovated and it was fast and easy to get into. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Absolutely Exceptional care. Just took my husband. We were greeted by the receptionist who promptly helped us. He was called in immediately. The nurse was very nice. The Dr examined him thoroughly and was diagnosed . Just impeccable and professional care. Unfortunately he is quite sick this Thanksgiving, but I must say we were blessed to have such amazing care. Highly recommend. Thankyou so kindly for helping him. 🙏

I recently took my daughter here after having more than one terrible experience at a different local urgent care. Check in was quick and we were called back in about 20 minutes. The nurse was so nice caring, had to swab her throat and talked her through each thing she was doing. Dr. was in shortly after the nurse, no long wait, did a thorough exam and got prescriptions sent right over. Will definitely go back!

Went in for pain management until I could get in with my regular doctor. Jason and the team were able to see me a few times to help me through the process. The desk staff was also very polite and each time I was seen quickly. I’ll be using them instead of other urgent care offices in the area next time I’m in need. Thanks guys!

Whenever I go to OSF Prompt Care Rock Cut (Which is quite often) I love when I see Doctor Susan Korf, She is the Sweetest Lady and explains everything so perfectly! She needs to be a Dr. there Daily 🩷

First time going, walked in with no appointment, extremely short wait (doing the paperwork with the receptionist took longer than the actual wait for my turn), everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful, and patient. Receptionist also helped me to find a regular personal doctor, which I haven't had in a long time and was dreading trying to handle on my own. Learned afterwards there was another PromptCare closer to my home, but I have no regrets driving the extra few miles. Health stuff is scary and they made me feel very comfortable.

Got in quickly & everyone was so kind and caring. Great experience for us. They took the time to really listen and answer questions.

Always super accommodating for our family! My special needs son doesn't do well with Dr visits and they go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable.

I had to go to OSF Prompt care on Thursday July 13, 2023, for a UTI. I saw S Korf. APRN,CNP. Amazing lady. I enjoyed having her and she listens very well. Best I've seen at the prompt care. Thank you so much, S Korf.

I had a great experience with OSF Promptcare last night. Swift check-in process, short wait in the waiting room and excellent care from Dr. Syed and RN Nicole. Keep up the good work!

I have used this prompt care multiple times and have received excellent care. Sometimes there might be a little bit of a wait but they are usually really good about keeping the line moving

The doctor and assistants are so kind. I love going to PromptCare because it's on a first come basis.

One of the best doctors i've ever had. Actually took the time to listen to what i said. Took awhile to be seen but one of the doctors called in, so you can't blame them.

Been in several times when my dr wasn't able to get me in service is friendly never wait very long
