Dr. Eric C. Trautmann, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Trautman for many years. I have always been treated well. Office, nurses, medical assistants, lab, everyone. My daughter goes to him plus my 3 grandkids. Some people are just plain MISERABLE and can never be pleased. This is not the 1950's anymore. There are many rules and regulations that must be followed that the office has no control over. I am happy with my care.

I have been a patient for 16 years and just received the worst treatment from Hope in the office for trying to add my step daughter on as a patient. I understand there are steps to take in order to do this, just not sure why she had an attitude and was rude. Definitely uncalled for.

I would give him a 0 if it was on here. I wouldn't let him take care of my dog. He was supposed to take care of my mom and did not and just let her die.

i too has issues with rude people at the office ...asking for a referral to an eye dr was told by staff that they didnt know who was going to take my insurance ...i have medicaid I said it the same insurance your billing they were very rude to me ... then i got a letter saying they didnt want me anymore as patient I am dealing with stage 3 colon cancer and they treat me like i was some kinda dog plus there offices are really showing there age my doctor was PATRICIA A. SHRESTHA and she was unprepared for my office visit..... and dressed unprofessional in thigh high mini skirt go go boots like she was going to the club and would have been sent home to change if she work at my office
