Our first encounter with BSR was with Brenda over the phone. She answered my questions and explained what possibly could be wrong and how the company works. Within 1.5hrs Don and Joe are at my home ready to solve the septic problem (s). They listened to my concerns, gave me a run down of what should be done to find the solution. Once the solution was found they gave me a break down of all the pricing which I signed off on. Don and Joe were very respectful of the property, my dog and had wonderful manners and worked diligently to solve the septic issues. They are a true asset to BSR.

Very thankful for time and service we had. Mike and Joe came out to the property and was very knowledgeable. They were also able to diagnose the issue without suggesting unnecessary repairs. Never know what you need until your toilets are flooding lol. All in all great service from all the staff that took our information and sent someone out within the hour. Definitely recommend good honest work.

Blount’s was the only local company able to fit us in their schedule the same day we called in for help. We had a leak in our laundry room forcing us to cut our water off until the leak was repaired. Their schedule ran later than expected and they went above and beyond to get to our house that evening even though it was time for them to be off work. They fixed our situation until they following morning and came to do the repair first thing.

Will and Tristan were at our house for a few hours and they were both so pleasant. Very polite and kind, tons of knowledge in their field of work. Explained everything to my husband and myself thoroughly before doing anything. They double checked everything before leaving to make certain it all worked properly and then cleaned the floor up and put our washer and dryer back in place before leaving. I was not expecting all of this, but was so appreciative of them! They seriously left our place better than when they arrived.

If you’re ever in need of a plumber and not sure who to call, I promise they’re the ones. Very great company, workers and pricing.

My elderly mother had just returned home from a near death. Her bedroom toilet was not flushing properly. I called Blounts (because if all the great reviews): and a plumber came out. Took toilet up for 250 bucks. Snaked it removing some debris. Replaced toilet. Still same improper flush. He told me it was the vent pipe on the roof but he couldn't get to it alone. Asked me if I knew anyone who could climb the roof and flush the vent out, or he could come back at a later date and run a camera for 250 more. A week later I was mowing the yard and noticed the clean out was backed up. Took a snake to it and voila, my toilet flushed like brand new. I'm wondering why the plumber never even stepped foot in the yard to inspect the clean out.

After being ghosted by my home warranty company and another plumbing company (who quoted me $15,000), BSR came to my rescue! I had been without plumbing and in fear of sewage backing up for over ten days! After contacting BSR, they were out the next day and had the issue resolved by lunch for less than $500. They saved my sanity and my pocket book! I cannot recommend this company enough!

Michael and Zach thoroughly researched for the issue of a leak, they were professional, personable, very nice gentlemen. Accolades to as he Michael has been here a number of times over the years and I have always found him to be one of your best representatives. So much so that I have had his name with Blount’s in my phone contacts. Thank you for your service.

We are so grateful to Blount plumbing! Bryan and Joe were out quickly! Turns out we had a clog in the main line. Bryan and Joe were very professional, kind. polite, and let us know what needed to be done. They got the blockage out and tidied up after beautifully! Bryan also answered my questions on how to maintain our plumbing. I highly recommend them and would use them again for sure!
