Got my C7 Corvette tuned through them and has been great! Every time I called my questions were answered. I called 2 or 3 times because the phone wasn’t picking up (I thought it was on my end bc it immediately dropped) but they were just busy on the line with somebody so that was my bad. My emails with questions were always answered quickly as well as getting my tuning revisions. My car definitely pulls much harder than before and still retains a stock like feeling as in no weird sounds, vibrations, rough idles, etc. I wouldn’t have any second thoughts if you are considering getting tuned with these guys!

Without a doubt this place of business has earned a life long customer. I will keep this as short as possible. I sent out my computer prior to beginning my build as I knew that I would need a tune for it to crank up.The computer went out on a Monday and was back before the week was up. While it was out I received a call from the MOT team and the specifically asked me if I wanted the VATS deleted and I said no. Reason being is that someone had just tried to steal my truck, so of course I want to keep the VATS. Fast forward to my finished build. Crank up… 2 cylinders fire off then the engine dies. Check F.A.S.T. and all of that is hitting the marks. Gotta be the ECU. So I called up MOT…. I’m in California…. So it’s after hours in Texas and it’s a Friday…. of course, voicemail. So I’m my mind, I’ll try again Monday. Less than 30 minutes after my after-hours call, Casey calls me back. I explained what’s happening. He gives me somethings to try out, (even with his lady yelling at him in the background, sorry to cause that bro) and I shoot them an email Monday morning because I still have the same issue and they requested the computer back. I send it off, they did their magic, I get the computer back on Friday (UPS messed up and delivered it late, no biggie). Installed it within 10 minutes of the delivery and it fired up, first crank, with no issues. I have been driving around for the last week or two and I am super happy with the tune. I’ve got a wide band AFR installed and I see fantastic numbers while driving. If you are needing a tune for your vehicle, especially if you have an LS… don’t sleep on them. Great customer service and super helpful support. As I build more motors, I will definitely be utilizing them!! Definitely worth it! Had originally installed the truck Norris cam and was not very happy. I finally decided to ask Casey a question by email about it and he immediately called me . Wish I had talked to him from the start, but I ended up changing out the cam and what an amazing difference !!! Casey knows his stuff and got the program in my truck to run excellent. If you have a question about tuning, definitely Call Casey, HE IS AMAZING !!!!!!

Where do I begin! My L83 69 SS Camaro has been seemingly impossible to get running well, especially with the manual transmission. No one I contacted had a clue how to tune the L83 platform for the TR6060 trans. Casey is a genius and worked through it very easily. Within a few emailed tunes he has it a blast to drive. Best money spent on my Camaro project.

00 Silverado, 4.8L, 10:1 compression, tsp stage 3 cam, tbss 92mm intake long tubes. They know what they are doing 100%. Not only the tune....talk about amazing customer service. All my questions were answered and even got sent links to explan step by step adjustments I needed to make and even a phone call to go over the whole set up. Tuned my truck and my father inlaw's corvette. Very happy and will be a returning customer.

Valve spring broke in my escalade. Called up Texas speed and performance, got the dod/afm kit, and a slew of other things to install. They advised to use mail order tuner. Not knowing anything I was getting myself into, Casey's blogs and being available to answer questions made it easy. I first started my Escalade and was very worried I was off time or something. Data logged it sent it to him, he advised me, hey man you put a stage 2 cam in there... it looks fine go drive it!!

Couldn't have been more right and just took it on its longest drive today with out issues.

Added stage 2 tsp cam and DOD/AFM delete and needed a tune bad! Casey from mail order tuner took care of me and sent me a tune within a hour or 2 after sending in logs and original tune!! Truck runs like a dream now and has the power I was expecting! He guided me through the whole process even tho I was a pain to deal with!! But you guys gained another customer and I would recommend mailorder tuner to anyone!!! Will be using you guys for future tunes and retunes! Excellent job! Don’t hesitate go with these guys there awesome at what they do!

Bought this truck as a repo, blown engine, trans, and flooded, rebuilt everything and the tune was horrible and i had multiple ppl look at it and was still having problems. sent it to mail order tunes, he asked for a log, sent it, and next day on a saturday morning it was in mt email. loaded it up and the truck has never ran as good or as smooth, a true pleasure to drive now.. Mail order tunes by far the best i have used and seen, their fast and knowledgeable, and fixed all my problems. will be using and sending everyone i know from now on! Thanks guys!

Casey and Tamara were extremely helpful answered all my questions and guided me for my email tune. Also instructions on website are very straight foward if you follow them.
