CVS Pharmacy

I regularly receive nothing but the best customer service from the staff and pharmacy staff at this CVS location on Liberty Pike and Mallory Rd. Friendly, professional and helpful are my 3 key words for this store! And I’m grateful that the pharmacy staff now get a lunch break even though I have to remember that they are closed for that timing each day!

Friendly staff... well stocked.. and a pharmaceutical department the cares about you and double checks that you know your medications, how and when is the best way to take them. It has a good selection of lite grocery items for to help you make a quick meal.
The only things bad are yhe pile up of trash in parking lot and over grown hedges that block a few of the prime parking slots near the entrance.

I had an issue with customer service, but the pharmacist took control right away and handled the entire situation gracefully. Thank you so much.

Had a great experience at the minute clinic. I called back 3 times and had a horrible experience getting through the phone system. Just ridiculous how hard they made it to talk to someone. OnceI did get a hold of someone, I ask a question and the guy said "ok, thankyou"and then hung up without answering the question. I understand this is a big brand, but jeesh. I went from 5/5 to 2/5 in a flash.

TERRIBLE! Worst pharmacy in Franklin. I would rather call a veterinarian for my meds than get my prescriptions here. The pharmacists hate your guts. Don’t want to help. Don’t try. DON’T get your insulin here, they won’t fill it. Some of them I swear can’t spell either, they’ll say you’re not in their system when you’ve been going there for months. They don’t take their job seriously. Go literally anywhere else. Even my friends have problems here. I trust the federal government more than this pharmacy.

Incompetent team, especially the head pharmacist.

She felt the need to patronize customers about her personally held beliefs against medicine and that she was against their doctor’s orders.

Refused to fill some medication over her “personal beliefs”.

Unbelievable service and a pharmacy that thinks its a church.

I had major oral surgery on Jan 10th and my oral surgeon called in a prescription for a liquid pain medication for me as I could not swallow pills due to severe swelling. My husband went to pick up my script and got home with 2 bottles of generic liquid Tylenol which is NOT what my doctor called in. The pharmacist decided to change this without my doctor's or my knowledge. My surgeon had to call said pharmacist to see what was going on. Pharmacist lied to surgeon but then suddenly 'found' what we needed. What I got this time was half the amout prescribed and it did nothing for me meaning that it isn't what it is supposed to be either. So now we are having it tested to see exactly what is in the bottle. CVS just made a huge mistake that is going to cost them dearly. Do Not trust them
