White Star Dry Cleaners

I had a beautiful coat purchased in England and no one would clean it. White Star took it on and it was magnificent. I drive a ways to get here. But they are getting all my dry cleaning business.

I always go to the White Star Dry Cleaners to get on my dry cleaning needs taken care of. They've always been excellent but not only dry cleaning but customer service was friendly as well I was greeted and helped by a Michelle who's always has a friendly smile on her face and always helps me with all my dry cleaning needs. Kudos to White Star and kudos to Michelle I'll always go there for my dry cleaning!

My favorite shirt had a stain on the white. I dropped it at White Star. When I went to pick it up, the stain was still noticeable. So I thought "Oh well. It's ruined and a write off." (This is where the professionalism comes in.) That's when the lady behind the counter OFFERED to "run it through again" (Who does that?). I went back and the stain was completely eradicated. I was elated! In a world gone mad, where service is near extinct, these folks pick up their end. I can appreciate that.

This company does great work. Delivers dry cleaning when promised my items always come out nicely cleaned and pressed!

First dry cleaning experience was a success. We had a king-sized comforter that we tried washing ourselves and it made it worse. We were worried we ruined our nice new comforter. White Star brought it back to life, new again, and a day earlier than promised at a very reasonable price! Thank you for the great service!

I don't know what I expected going in, but they were better. The dude, Josh, that handled everything was super friendly and helpful. I waited too long to drop off my suit and they were able to rush it to get it cleaned anyway. Will 100% be going back anytime I need dry cleaning. Incredibly reasonable prices also.

I can't recommend White Star enough! I ripped a seam on some expensive workout pants and brought them by for repairs. Their master tailor did a FANTASTIC job in record time. WAY faster turnaround time than I expected. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, kind and professional. And, with their convenient drive-up service, everyone was covid-safe and contact-free. I didn't even have to get out or take my baby out of her carseat. I will be exclusively using White Star for all of my alteration and dry cleaning needs, and you should too!

These folks are the best! I had some very formal dresses with hand stitched details that another cleaner (that shall remain nameless) panicked at the thought of cleaning. The other cleaners acted like they had never done anything like it before (perhaps they never have) and wanted me to sign a release. The folks at White Star were actually pleased to handle the task and take on the challenge. No release needed. They did a great job and it was worth every penny. They were consummate professionals. There is no doubt that I would trust White Star with all of my cleaning in the future.

Best Dry Cleaners in town, without a doubt. They know their clientele by name & they are 100% customer service oriented. Incredibly fast & good. I"ve tried other cleaners & have regretted it. I always return to White Star (formerly known as Big Ridge Cleaners). These people are GREAT!!!

This place is the Bomb!! They helped me in a pinch ! They are in Hixson . I called to get baseball pants hemmed and they did it for me same day!! I was so thankful. These ladies were so helpful. Tina and the two other ladies that helped . I didn’t catch there names which I feel bad about .

I took my sister-in-law’s and my wedding dresses to be cleaned and heirloomed. Jan and staff were so sweet making sure I was happy with the cleaning before they heirloomed the dresses. I am so looking forward to seeing them completely finished and in their beautiful boxes! Thanks Big Ridge!
