Had a great experience with this firm. Nice and helpful associates. I did see Warren in the office when I was there. Just want to help out a little bit. If he was to loose all of the Tennessee orange clothing his IQ would raise at least 5 or 6 points.

The office staff are friendly and helpful. Haley responded to all my emails quickly and efficiently. C Mark is professional and very easy to talk to. He is full of energy! All around great people and experience.

I had my first major accident on 12/19/23, multiple people have referred me to Warren & Griffin. They made this process so smooth, explained everything down to a T on what to expect and how this would work, and any other questions I had for them! Very quick and stress free! I worked with John Mark Griffin, outstanding man. Made me feel comfortable in choosing him to take on my case. The office was very pleasant and professional. Barbie is awesome as well. She called me back when requested and very sympathetic and sweet.

I was rear-ended last winter. The person at fault's insurance tried to screw me over in more or less words. I contacted Warren & Griffin when I realized what was going on. It was a long, strenuous waiting period and a lot of back and forth (due to the other person's insurance). Nothing that John McCown and his wonderful assistant, Janice M. Poole, couldn't handle! I had a great experience working with Ms. Janice personally!
Whenever somebody asks me about attorneys I always tell them about my experience. If I ever need one again (hopefully won't) I'll give them a call!!

Me personally never having to have an attorney for any like this Mr. Perry Poole is the easiest person to talk to. He will sit and listen and explain everything to you until you understand. You will NEVER leave his office without knowing exactly what all the legal terms mean and what can and might it might not happen. He is very prompt at returning all calls or will email you to let you know when he is available so not to bother you if you work 3rd shift. He is absolutely amazing!!!!
