Couldn't find what I needed, but, an employee helped me with exactly what I wanted. She walked me right to the items. Great customer support, and extremely friendly.

I need it some household stuff. Drapes and a frying Pan and an iron etc. I enjoyed shopping there and the staff was very helpful

Actually very disappointed been going there for years have bought percolator coffees makers found a lack store employees very young lack of it knowledge a change in your store policies and so choosing not to argue with inexperienced young help I proceeded to buy a new coffee maker come home and find out I have a coupon for $20 off for 20% or whatever it was no one ever told me about that just very disappointed therefore so to find out that you're actually going to go out of business sad to see that but as life is lately that's the way of life try and tend to go back with my receipt and get my discount I hope without any more disappointment so I'm closing sorry to see an establishment like this for years having problems and going out of business so good luck in the future whatever you're endeavors to be if you actually read this thank you for listening and again good luck

This place has so many sales. I went in for one things and came out with more than I could carry. I was so happy that I had another person with me. The ace is clean and neat and the clerks wipe down everything between customers. Love it.

Large selection of items for your household and some for your business. Lot of personal care items and miscellaneous items and one large selection of candles. The place was clean the bathrooms are clean and also the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about products. Friendly environment also a friendly staff and very helpful. I give this place a 5-star rating and planning on going back.

I am totally impressed with the customer service from the minute I walked in the door until I made my purchase and left. I am disabled and use a cane. There was a cart available the minute I walked in the door. I inquired where diffusers were and was given good directions. A young man came up asked if I needed further assistance. I wanted to look at pillows and bath mats. He walked with me and showed me exactly where they were located. I food a beautiful diffuser and a perfect memory foam bath mat. I got in line behind a lady with quite a few items. A young lady at another register asked to come to register: she was so cheerful and quick it finished off my perfect trip to Bed Bath and Beyond. I seldom shop anymore because it is so difficult because I am disabled and can't spend too much time on my feet. I had a very pleasant and successful trip due to outstanding service.

I have been searching for a specific set of dishes I only knew in my mind what I wanted them to look like. I ran across them at BB&B, exactly what I have been looking for and half off!!! I cleared the shelf to try to add everything up for 8 place settings. There wasn't enough and they weren't getting anymore, the sales girl was lovely and explained they are half off because they aren't carrying them in that specific store anymore but to call back on Monday. Now I will say they do still carry them online so finding replacements won't be a hassle my only hope was to still get the discounted ones in the store vs paying full price for the remaining items online. I called back today and spoke to a very kind man who not only looked up each item I needed, but he went over the list several times to verify how many of which specific item I was missing, he added up a couple coupons that added up to nearly 40% off and is shipping them to my home for free. He graciously stayed on the phone verifying each little plate for nearly half an hour and didn't seem rushed or frustrated. I was amazed at the customer service I got from this store. Thank you all!

Love Heather. I had a bad hip and stood on line while she help the person with purchase . The nicer Heather was the more rude the person was rude to her. (repeatedly) The customers were not happy with the lines either and was talking rude to each other about the line. I remained quiet when it was my turn,she greeted me as though it never happened. That's why people should be kind. To me..this is a great person she has to work for everything and take that to. She is not paid enough for that. Love the fabulous service at the Wedding Registry desk. Why would you not let them take care of the whole wedding gift buying process for you? Also ship it to the brides front door at no charge! So easy and fast!

Good selection and prices. Shopping after 9 pm. Still a lot of employees around to help. Not rushed. Cashier was a little unfriendly but it was late. Everyone else very helpful

This store can be overwhelming, but all the employees are friendly and knowledgeable and proactively approach you to ask if you need help. They also did a price check for me since a lot of things are not labeled. Would return!

I like the bargain finds and the 20% discount as member for everyday purchases. I like the coffee kcups sale. I like to look at the new items for the bedroom and bath. I just bought the best super fan for my living room, it keeps the AC from running all day during the 90 degree weather. I like the candle section. I bought the door screen which is well worth the cost, holds up for more than 1 year with pets running in and out. Magnets hold great. I bought soft sheets from here. Actually, you could stock your entire home and not need to shop elsewhere.

Always has what I need and the quality of the products are good.

I went in for a couple things but your personal we're so helpful. Every time I turned around with a question she was right there to answer and take me to where I needed to be.

I learned my lesson long that if you want something that’s nice and doesn’t fall apart get it at Bed Bath and Beyond! Plus the staff at the Wilmington store is so helpful and nice
