I got fitted for a new suit today and had a great experience. Gary fitted me for a jacket, pants, and a vest and was spot on with the measurements. I was in and out within 30 minutes of my appointment and the suit fits perfectly—no alterations needed! Thank you, Gary!

Worked with Gary this morning to find suits for both myself and our son. He clearly knows what he’s doing, I felt confident letting him lead my decisions and am very happy with our suits and accessories. Impressive to watch only two associates handle a busy Saturday morning with kindness, patience and hustle. We never felt ignored. I look forward to shopping there again. Thanks Gary!

I had a great experience! Chase and the staff there were very helpful with assisting me. I ordered a custom suit, and the process that ensued was extraordinary. The suit builder software they have in-store along with the knowledge of the associates made for a wonderful experience. I changed my mind about the color the next day, and they helped me cancel and reorder without issue! This is the perfect place to purchase high-quality menswear. Thank you!

Still doing great!! Bought more suits. Great place, great service. Bought a coat, had it altered, they called before it was supposed to be ready that it was ready. Been shopping there 13 years.

Great staff who are very knowledgeable. I needed a suit for me and my son as well as a prom tux. They delivered on time and with high quality clothing. They make great custom suits. I ordered when that was back in several weeks.

If you want a classically cut suit jacket without any of the ridiculous new cuts, this should be your first stop! Excellent selection and service with same day turn around fit and tailoring. I will be back to J.A. Banks in the future!

I just spoke with Chase on the phone as I had gotten measured at a different Jos A Bank a few months ago and need my measurements for a different wedding. He was busy with clients when I called but he took down my number and promised to call back when he was done. Sure enough he did an hour later, went through all my measurements clearly and patiently, asked questions about my previous fit, offered advice for the future and was pleasant and friendly the whole conversation. Chase went above and beyond and truly blew me away with his professionalism and knowledge. Thank you Chase!!

I stopped by the store yesterday around 2pm. My goal was to help my son, a recent college graduate, pick out some suits. We had no idea where to begin and the staff helped us navigate the entire process. Ben was amazing and made the experience pleasurable! We left with 3 suits and plenty of shirts and ties. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff yesterday, especially Ben. We will definitely be back!

Wow what a great experience! We got my fiancee a suit, shirt and tie for our wedding with the gracious help of Ben. They had the suit we were looking for, in the size we needed for excellent price. Very good experience and will be back!

Review: I'm not sure that I could have had a better experience at this Jos. A. Bank. ... just FANTASTIC service. I went in a couple of months ago (pre-COVID) and there were a bunch of people there. It was busy, and I was just perusing, so I stopped to talk to one of the employees. Fortunately for me, it was IVAN, and we instantly connected. I had some questions about getting a sport coat, and he told me, "Come and sit down with me and I'll walk you through all of the options." I was time limited, so I came back a couple days later and worked with Ivan again. He was so thoughtful and friendly, it was so delightful. We ultimately settled on custom piece and so he worked with me to go through all the different options (patiently) and after much debate, we settled on the perfect pattern. I liked the Custom Sport coat so much after it came in, I went back for matching pants (to officially make it a suit). Such a wonderfully positive experience. I'll be back next time I need a new suit... though it may be some time cause Ivan hooked me up with exactly what I needed! :D Keep up the great service, gentlemen. This is a great shop.

We had a major issue with a suit that was rented from another location and we returned the suit to this location because we were in the area. We requested a full refund because we ended up not using any of the rented suit. The store manager, Gary, did not ask one single question or give us a hard time or attitude about anything - he gave us a full refund and was so polite about it. He sympathized with us about the issue and was just all around a great manager. We would come back to this location because of the service we received.

Was in a hurry to get a suit for a funeral. Varun and the staff at Jos A. Bank made it quick and easy. He was very understanding helped me find exactly what I was looking at and I was able to get it tailored by the next day. Would highly recommend and I will for sure be going back for my next formal wear needs.

Wonderful service. Ask for Preston! He's by far the best person I've worked with when ordering a tuxedo/suit. He spent the time to ask the right questions, helped me narrow down options quickly and truly cares about helping the customer find what works for their style/body. The other suit stores can't compete with Jos a Bank when you have a amazing employee like Preston.

The negative reviews are dated!! My husband and I had a great experience here. Ivan, the store manager who helped us, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and all-around pleasant. My husband needed new dress shirts and a new belt after a weight change. Ivan helped us pick out the best cut for his body type, explained the different types of fabric, and how to identify quality in a belt--all while chatting with us about European travel and MMA (my husband's favorite topics). My husband is a wonderful man but has always found shopping stressful. Ivan put him right at ease, making this trip our most peaceful shopping experience to date. I cannot recommend this place and Ivan highly enough!

This was my first experience buying something from Jos. A. Bank and I am now a customer for life. I went in to get a suit for my wedding and Gary spent an hour and a half with my Dad and I helping us get exactly what we wanted. When I requested something non-standard, he called up customer service and ultimately helped us get our ideal suits. Gary was the most professional, friendly, and patient person I've encountered in any retail setting.

I’ve bought a handful of suits from Jos A. Banks at a few different locations over the years. Working with Gary H. was by far my best experience. Purchasing tux pants and shirt for a wedding I'm in. Clerk was busy though very friendly and spent a decent amount of time with me finding the right fit. Helped me order the appropriate shirt as well.
