Chico's Off The Rack

In looking for clothes for the women in my life, I found Chicos Off the Rack to be a good place to look. The store was well organized and uncluttered. Clothes were arranged so you could stand back and pretty much get an idea what was there and be able to look through easily. Lighting in the store allows you to see clothes well. The style of clothes was very fashionable and easy to find, and clothes of certain styles were close together. On my visit, I was looking for things ranging from dress casual to dress, and there was plenty to choose. Prices were reasonable. I got the help that I needed from the sales associates. It is a good location where I didn’t have parking issues and I could get in and out easily since there were traffic lights to gain access to the complex.

The next birthday or the next holiday, in which I need something, I’ll certainly go back . Being a guy and trying to find things for a lady; I need things to be easy.

Chico's Off the Rack, located in Durham directly opposite Southpoint Mall, presents itself as an enchanting boutique. From the moment I stepped inside, the ambiance was immediately captivating-inviting, meticulously organized, and abundantly stocked. The staff greeted me warmly, exuding enthusiasm, friendliness, and an impeccable sense of fashion. My purchases have consistently brought me immense satisfaction, prompting me to revisit on several occasions. Each visit reaffirms the delightful shopping experience Chico's Off the Rack consistently offers.

After shopping at Belk and at Macy’s where there are no personnel to help you or even point you to the dressing rooms which are now open in limited numbers, it was a relief and a breath of fresh air to shop at Chico’s Off -the-Rack at Southpoint. Ariyanna was so friendly, professional and helpful at helping me put together outfits and bring me additional items to try on in a clean, well-lit dressing room with 2 bars to hang clothes on. Thank you, Ariyanna and good job, Chico’s!

Excellent price for quality clothes. The ladies who work there are top notch - very helpful, good sense of style, and a keen sense of fit. I love my shopping experience there.

The manager was very judgemental toward myself and my wife who is a latin woman. It took the Latin associate to calm the situation down.

Impossible to figure out when they are open. The website conflicts with the Google information. I ordered something on Saturday from both Chico's Crabtree and from this Chico's off the Rack - by Sunday I was picking up my order from Crabtree and it's Tuesday and I still haven't heard but CRICKETS from Chico's off the Rack. I have driven by and found the store closed. The hours scrawled on the door don't seem to match the website OR Google. Does anyone really work here? Will the store ever be open? I suppose the only way to get my clothing might be to make an appointment?
