My visit to this particular Lowe's had me looking for something difficult to find. John W. saw me and asked how he could help. John kept working on finding something that I could use that was as close as possible to what I was looking for. He walked with me to about 3 different areas until we found the closest thing to what I was looking for. John would not give up! While we were looking, John got assistance from Theresa L. Theresa assisted another customer then came back to John and I to help until she actually spotted the item in the last area. I've never had anyone from any Lowe's give that much time and attention and show as much care as John and Theresa. They both made me feel appreciated as a customer. For that, I truly appreciate John and Theresa for their kind, caring and thoughtful work. Great Job Lowe's in hiring those two!

We went for bbq grill last week, and Keith the manager went above and beyond when helping us figuring out our grill selection. We are very satisfied with the help and professionalism that he provided.

My husband and I had great experience with Olga the manager, she was very sweet, even got me a chair because I wasn’t feeling well, we purchased a washer and dryer’s and refrigerator because of her, she is awesome at customer service and she was also very knowledgeable about items we purchased. Five stars awesome worker.

We just moved here and was at the Duram Lowe’s last week looking for patio furniture. Adriena was so wonderful and helpful. She gave us personalized service during our purchase. This will be our go to store. Thank you.

Lowe's almost always has what I need in stock. Not always, but usually. Thanks to the 5% discount they give with a Lowe's credit card, this is the first place I look for hardware, tools and gardening supplies.

Iv never had a problem with this Lowes the stuff that drives every contractor nuts dose not really happen much here

Just had a fantastic experience with a very sweet employee named Elizabeth at this location. I asked her if she had a scanner with her so that she could tell me where a specific item was located. She immediately pointed directly to the item and did not need the scanner at all. She then said “you know I think I saw some of these on clearance earlier today, let me show you where those are” she took me directly there, on the other side of the store, and sure enough there they were. She saved me $45. Not only that she was a delight to talk to. I was amazed how in this gigantic store she knew exactly where those items were off the top of her head. If any of the other employees here are at the level of Elizabeth, they are doing something right here.

It makes a big difference when you can get some help in a huge store like lawe’s. Many times I’ve walked into other home improvement stores and the customer service representatives are running away, but I was very impressed with the service I got from Ben In lumber this morning. He took his time and walked with me until I found what I needed. He also recommended some other products that would be helpful to my project. Thank for the great customer service Ben.

Always have gotten great service here. Always a wide selection of plants and shrubs.

This location is taking COVID seriously and I love it. They hand out masks at the front door. Inside, the facility is clean and the staff is friendly. They have a large garden section which is where I spend my tome. I have no complaints!

Large selection of EVERYTHING needed for home improvement. This location has more inventory on the shelves than many of the older stores...it also has a huge lawn & garden section.

Staff is always friendly and helpful which doesn't typically happen at a "big box store" They usually have what I need and the prices are competitive. Overall, 5 stars, however my wallet gives them 0 stars.

If you've seen one Lowe's you've seen them all. But the customer service at this one is better than most. The employees are knowledgeable and appear to care about their work. It's also in a great location with multiple entry points and other shops located in the parking lot.

Lowes never fails! What a nice clean store. Plenty of parking and the people were friendly. I found what I was looking for quickly, and the line for the automated check out was not very long.

Nice neat and friendly customer service at this particular Lowes. I will most likely make this individual store my Go To place. Great Customer Service is the key and these guys made my experience great.
