Adam & Eve Stores

This was my first time coming into the store and I was very nervous, but Kia and Cydney were amazing and made me feel so comfortable. They showed me around their selection and I purchased lingerie and another item. Will definitely be back again!

Bought a massager here a couple of months ago and it stopped working recently. I felt dumb for not hanging on to the receipt. I called them up, and Carla was super helpful. She was able to look up the purchase quickly. Although they couldn't take the return themselves, she told me the manufacturer warranty was for one year, and was able to reprint the receipt, scan it, and email it to me in minutes. Fantastic service. Anytime we come here, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend them.

This was my first time buying sex toys. I sat in the parking lot in my car for at least a 1/2 hour before I got up the nerve to go in the store. When I got inside the store, I immediately felt a sigh of relief, there were two female employees. Marisa spoke to me first. Marisa is a ROCK STAR! She was so professional that I immediately felt at ease. She asked if she could help me with anything. Of course, I said yes! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products she was selling. She showed me the options for what I wanted to buy. Marisa answered all my questions and gave me information and specs( for lack of a better word) on all the items I wanted to purchase. Ultimately I left the store with everything I had come to purchase. I felt confident in my choices. She gave me all the information about each of the items I bought. I am very grateful that Marisa was there to help me out with my first experience at Adam & Eve. I will definitely be back. I’m thrilled with my purchase and wanted to thank Marisa for all of the AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE that I received. Once again I’ll say, she is a ROCK STAR! Thank you Marisa. I’m definitely enjoying the items I purchased!!!!

First time visiting and its a shame I didn't get the female cashier's name but she was extremely nice and even checked the batteries on my purchase to make sure the item in questioned turned on before I purchased it. Will be back soon. Outstanding customer service.

Very easy going and relaxed store... doesn't make you feel like a creep. And the customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable. I think her name was Ashley, she helped select the right toy for our needs.

I was at Adam & Eve today around noon and the lady there(I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was VERY nice, knowledgeable, and professional!!! She made me feel at ease because it is intimidating walking into a sex store. Thank you Adam & Eve for having great employees!!!!!

I found the store and all the employees very nice. The selection was good and the sales staff were very professional. Not dark and sleazy like so many other adult stores.

Friendly, discretely helpful staff. Good selection of variety of items from apparel, lotion and oils, and personal items. A bit pricey, but products appear very well made. NB. Personal items are not refundable (ok by me)

I was paid to come into store and put in application and I did as I was instructed to do and said was I was instructed to do so here is the review I ask for the manager to put an application for a job she was polite I acted as though I didn't know where certain items were it was not explained to me very well and the main reason I was paid to come in there was to see what questions were asked for looking for a part-time job and the amount of the Dead something that you are not supposed to do she asked what is your age how old are you and that was one thing that I was doing research on the second would have been someone asking of my nationality my background personal things and the only thing she asked was how old I was that is what she was more interested in and that's where they lost points otherwise the store looks good and presentable I personally found the layout to be very nice and pleasant there was not any pornography visible it was claimed it was well-organized and very nice layout there was nothing that anyone walking by would find defensive it was done in Good taste even going into the front door there was nothing presentable that would offend anyone
