Atmosphere wasn’t the best but it didn’t take away from the food exploding my taste buds. Has Chillis always been this good. Food was amazing, service was great and the price… babbbby the price was on point! Definitely going back! Gotta try the wings

Food was great but service needs work our waitress barely even did her job. Buss boy and another worker had to get our drinks, silverware and even our bill. If not for those 2 our dinner would have been a complete mess!!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful late lunch. Our apps and main meal were delicious and filling. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Customer service was excellent. We will visit again soon.

The overall experience was good. Plenty of TVs to watch your favorite team. Food is good and server was good too. Place was a little busy and we decided to sit in the bar area.

Ordered to go from app. My burger was delicious and staff was courteous and nice. I will be back.

I stopped in to this Chilis restaurant after a long day at the Doctor's office. When I first walked in I had to wait a little bit for the server but the reason I left a five star review was due to my fantastic waitress. Sadly, I cannot remember her name but she was very kind and knowledgeable concerning the menu. She exhibits awesome customer service.

First, the host sat us down at a dirty table. (She didn’t even fully walk us to the table. She just pointed and then got back to her phone). They were short staffed but our waitress was wonderful. She is truly great, sweet and she waited on everyone that walked through those doors. She kindly wiped off the table, got our drinks and kept them full. She took our order and got everything right. Food came out within 20 mins later. She is the reason I’m giving 5 stars. She is one of the best waitresses I’ve had in a long time!

This Chilis location in NC is one of my favorite location to go to when I’m on my way to see my son at UNC . They have great Shrimp Fajitas. And their Strawberry Lemonade is delicious 😋. The restaurant is always clean and staff is friendly and attentive. They have delicious mixed drinks as well.

The server that we had she was absolutely wonderful and if we could get her each time Iwe would she is soft spoken and very friendly overall the kind of person who I like to serve me with a great attitude, all should be like her.

Server David took great care of my son and I during lunch time. The food was delicious and served to us within 15-minutes. Always have a great experience at the “15-501 Chili’s” restaurant. However, the restaurant can tidy up more by cleaning the interior window seal of the booths; double check AND clean food from floor under tables when small children are done eating.

Amazing food and atmosphere. Jennifer A. Was my server. She was very pleasant, attentive and outgoing. We were very demanding and required a lot of refills, sauces and things of that nature. Jennifer had no trouble with our requirements and even said " Its no.problem!! I love my job". We will definitely be back for the amazing service and food!!

I had the brisket burger and OMG it was absolutely delicious! I got the bbq sauce, pickles and onions. I got the slaw on the side and I didn't get the cheddar on the burger and it was wonderful. My dad and I had dinner and we went in to catch the last half of the Duke football game. It wasn't on one of the TV's but all we had to do was ask and they turned it right on for us!

The bacon cheeseburger was great. The fries were great. The salad was great. My server Jonathan was about the best I have ever seen anywhere. Awesome.

Dinner run and orders placed by phone through app. Although, restaurant was short staffed orders were almost readied and the cashier was very apologetic. The food was good. Hence, we will probably visit again.

I recently visited chili’s and I had a wonderful experience to say the least. My server was on top of her game! Always made sure my drink was topped off, and made sure my food was just the way I wanted it. Super nice and not too “in your face” but continuously checked in with me. The manager on duty that day was super sweet and she was also very helpful. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will continue to give my service here!!! I highly recommend this specific chili’s to all of my friends and family!

My boyfriend and I eat here a lot. The staff are all pretty good, but we keep going back because of Raven. She is absolutely spectacular! They also have a pretty good selection of gluten free foods that I can eat, and they are pretty careful about cross contamination. I'm not saying everyone will be fine if they eat here, but I have never had a problem. I love this place.

Fast service & delicious food on a busy Football weekend ! UNC vs . DOOK !!

This Chili's was quite nice. We were seated quickly and our server was attentive. Our food was prepared well and arrived pretty fast. The music playing was even cool. We'll definitely be back!
