This company has a history of banning long time legit players. Never use them. If they are too chicken to hide their phone number from the US market you know they can't be trusted.

Trying to get ahold of the company for quite some time now. Have sent quite a few reports on games crashing so on and so on. Decided that since they never replied from any of the reports that I would give them a call and speak to a representative. Currently unable to access the US number. Very interesting that the number for the other country listed is easily available right on the website but the US location below it opted out of offering a contact number. Will continue to try and contact the company so that the issue can be resolved but as of right now it looks like this company may be more of a scam than an actual business

They host servers. People are now crashing their servers, I pay for a product I can’t use and can’t even find a phone to call and speak with someone. I fill out your online customer service report, once I select Conan it shoots me over to a different forum. Make it impossible to reach them when your paying for a service that doesn’t work. Was able to find a number for the Swedish company or something like that. Good stuff.

Trash customer service ruined their games. False bans, refusal to respond to support tickets, overpriced monthly money grabbing tactics. If one of their games interests you, it’s in your best interests to instead play something else, anything else.

Horrible company that falsely bans their users while refusing to give any reason at all. If you prefer any of their games I highly recommend giving your money to any other company instead.

Like other reviewers said, they falsely ban players without giving an explanation and they don't respond to emails.

No contact number, they don’t return email. It’s as if they could care less about their customers. Absolutely horrible company.
