Family operated and professional. Always done on time, and able to rush some projects for me when needed, as well.Cleaning, alterations and repairs are completed in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Best prices in the Durham area! Whenever I need an alteration on any of my clothes the owner is my go to (I am 5’0). She has fixed various formal dresses for me and they always fit to a T. My go to for any alterations or dry cleaning. Also did an AMAZING job on my mother In laws dress after it had been in storage for a while brought it back to life! THE BEST HANDS DOWN.

Best dry cleaner in the triangle! They are such friendly people and do great work whenever I’m needing dress shirts cleaned. They were able to help fix my favorite backpack for a good price that I would of otherwise given away. Hard to find such a great cleaner and alternations spot.

Extremely impressed. I brought in four cashmere sweaters, two of which had some stains that I thought were more on the hopeless side. They were able to return them to nearly their original state. My sweaters now look amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Prime Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in Durham period. My wife and I were in the drycleaning business in Durham for 15 years. We know the laundry business inside and out. To say that we are persnickety about our drycleaning is an understatement. We carry our clothes to Prime Cleaners weekly and we are always blown away by the quality! Their level of clothes finishing is world class!! Also, they have awesome tailoring services that are performed at incredible prices. As for the other review that says they wash their clothes...simply not true. They clean EVERY garment with respect to the manufacturers recommendations for care period. Trust me when I tell you to go to Prime Cleaners and you will be happy!!
