Today I can say fast fresh food with friendly service! I couldn't say that a couple of months ago. So now to have new management and new crew, I experienced the NEWNESS in my visit! From the start of placing my order to the well wishes to have good afternoon as I was leaving, I can happily say I will begin going back to Taco Bell now!!!🤩

The worker at the drive thru window gave us just enough sauce and napkins to eat our meal, which is rare nowadays. I went to a McDonald's this morning and came back home without sauce. I know it's a small thing but it's such a stalk contrast to me. This is the kind of excellent customer service that I'm looking for. I'm definitely returning to this location!

They also open late into midnight which is a huge plus.

This Taco Bell is fast and will get you in and out . Unlike the other Taco Bell on Hillsborough rd in Durham Nc . Also when they had made my 5 layer burrito wrong they were happy to replace it without an attitude and they weren’t rude about it unlike most restaurants.

I come here almost everyday. And I have gotten to know the people who work here. They are soo so friendly with their service. Kadisha, who I usually interact with, is very nice, friendly, and very nice. I love coming to this particular Taco Bell because of how nice and welcoming Kadisha and everyone who works there are.

Like most Taco Bell’s they have installed the new machines to allow you to make your order yourself. Not everyone can operate those machines (like my grandma) and the employees noticed she was having trouble figuring out how to use it and they took her order at the counter like she’s use to doing. We have been to other Taco Bell’s and they refused to help.

In the past I haven't had the best experiences but evidently some changes have been made cause my service was outstanding. Thank you ladies for being so pleasant!

Food was a lot better than last time. The dining area was clean ,but a little cold.

My Mexican Pizza was prepared with a thickness of ingredients.

I was in line at the drive thru for over 30 minutes at 7:30 pm and there were only 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. Great experience can’t wait to come back; I was able to use up all of my spare time so I’m caught up on that now. Needless to say it was a peak productivity for the staff here.

The customer service was great!! I had probably the biggest order ever - I needed two of just about everything on the menu (long story). I called another Taco Bell that pretty much blew me off. Then I called this one and the woman over the phone explained to me how I should go about ordering and assured me that everything would be ready in time (I was picking up later in the day). And indeed it was! They even helped us pack everything together. And everything was accurate. Very impressed!

I rarely write a review on fast food places but I had to on this Taco Bell. This is one of the most cleanest and nicest Taco Bell I have ever been in. The floors and tables were so very clean and the staff working are very young but professional and have great customer service skills. The food is great and actually really tasted good for food on the go! Just wanted to let all who read this to stop in and experience a great fast food dine in that you will not regret!

I'm surprised to see negative reviews here. I live near and go here often and always have a pleasant experience. I think the employees are some of the nicest fast food employees around. Yes there's sometimes a long line in the drive thru but that's because the food is good.

As far as fast food places go, this one does it pretty well. When I went, it wasn't a very busy time, but my food was still made fresh (I watched them from the counter), and the cashier was nice. The general eating area was also clean and modern, with large TV's placed for viewing pleasure.

First time at this Taco Bell. We ate in. Employees were great. We ordered our food and sat down. Shortly afterwards, our meal was brought to the table. A little later we were asked how the meal was and if we needed anything else. When we had finished our trays were picked up. Definitely will go back.

Had a very big order for a family of 6, used the Mobile order app before we got there. Our food was hot, and literally every single item we ordered was actually there for once (Thank You), compared to other places we've ordered from that can't seem to handle a large order.

Customer service at the window was excellent! The young man was very polite, had asked if we needed any extra items, napkins, etc. All around professional demeanor from him, which was refreshing tbh.

To the entire crew that is currently about to end their shift at the Duke St. location (11:33pm Sun, Sept. 22); Thank you all very much for everything. We normally do not come across well put together crews like yours. Keep up the great work! Have a blessed day!
