My experience at Jared’s was excellent. The whole team there is professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I worked with Terry for 7-8 months to create the perfect engagement right. Terry was there day and night to answer any question or concern I had. Something I really liked about Terry was he never pushed me to make a decision, he also made me feel heard. Also, there were several circumstances where I asked for his honest opinion and I appreciated his input. If you go to Jared’s ask for Terry as he makes every visit enjoyable and stress free.

What a great group of people to work with!! We have bought thousands from them and they never disappoint. Even when it came to being in on a birthday surprise they executed flawlessly. Not to mention the thoughtfulness that they have around helping us choose the right rings, watches, etc. for any occasion. I had a custom ring made from two different rings and it is the most unique male wedding band I’ve seen. They are great from management on down.

Terry was amazing at assisting me with finding the perfect ring for my fiancé. He is very responsive and offered several ideas that fit my search. Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for, or need a great deal of assistance, Terry’s your guy!

First time I've ever gone to a Jewelry Store to get my Ring repaired. Originally the stone came loose, so I thought it just needed to be tightened, but we looked closely and it cracked. So we had to replace the stone so it would stay locked up. I didn't know a simple repair would cost more than I thought, but I'm not complaining. The staff were very friendly and polite Everytime we talked! I'm greatful we were able to get my Ring fixed that my Cousin gave to me years ago! It was just old ware and tear that needed to be fixed up! Thank you Jared!

It was been a wonderful experience working with Terry at the Southpoint location! He has been so helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable when it came to making my fiancé’s engagement ring go from a vision to reality! We loved Terry so much, we also went back to him when it came time to pick our wedding bands. We cannot sing enough praises for Terry and hope to work with him for the rest of life’s big events!

I always enjoy my shopping experience at the Southpoint Jared. The store and inventory is beautiful, the staff is welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable and professional,especially the manager Eric, who I've shopped with for years. He knows my taste and has always gone the extra mile to help me find something special. Most recently, he directed me to a very unique pearl necklace and earrings with a more organic flair than traditional pearls. I love them! You will definitely have all or your adornment needs met here!

Jared is my absolute favorite jewelry store of all time. One on my favorite salesmen there is Terry. Since he has been there he has been a great with helping me decide of the best purchases for me. He always remembered me when I came in. He always greets me with a smile and warmth. Even if I don’t buy anything at that time he is patient and will spend the time to help me decide if the item is truly what I want. He is never short always pleasant. I have been shopping at Jared for over 15 years and I can say I enjoy the experience every time I go there. If you are ever in the Durham Nc area go to Jared and ask for Terry. He will make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

My wife and I came here to look at diamonds with no intent on committing since it was our first stop. We were attended by Terry who was one of the most pleasant people we’ve ever had to interact with. He was super accommodating, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. Because of his outstanding personality and no pressure approach, my wife and I felt confident with doing business with him.

We ended up committing to a Diamond that needed to be ordered and have it set on my wife’s existing ring without the bling. The following day, we returned because we wanted to have another Diamond ordered for comparison with our original selection, no problem!!! Diamonds arrived days later and we came in and he helped accommodate us so the installation would happen same day, no problem! We walked out of Jared not too long ago extremely satisfied and happy with our investment and thank you Terry we will certainly be back, no problem.

My husband and I have been working with Terry here at this location ever since we were engagement ring shopping. Terry made the ring selection easy, and was there to answer any questions. He even gave us his personal phone number in case we needed anything. Before the wedding, Terry made sure to make me an appointment to get my engagement ring cleaned, always working around my schedule for when was convenient. We have always been satisfied with this store and specifically, Terry. We purchased our wedding rings here and then also our first anniversary gifts to each other. Terry will officially be this family’s forever jeweler. He spent plenty of time listening to what I wanted and got to know my sense of fashion and helped me design my perfect engagement ring after numerous stops at other jewelers. I told him I wanted a show stopper that was unique and classy and he NAILED IT. He helped me hand select my perfect diamond and suggested all the best settings for it and I’m obsessed with it every time I look at it. While ordering my engagement ring I purchased a right hand ring design that just wasn’t compatible with every day wear that he eventually went on to help me replace it with hardly any headache. He communicates well, answering all your questions and keeping you informed on every step all while being an absolute joy to talk to. He’s everything I was hoping to find in a jeweler.
