The BEST Fried Chicken and Fried Okra I had in a while… fish and shrimp was also good, but the chicken got me. The side items are tiny…in a tiny container.. asked for a side of Mac n cheese.. it was good but not worth paying for the price in that tiny baby cup… and I mean tiny..lol. Overall, FOOD GOOD Wait time, not bad. Bottled drinks, no manual sweet tea.

We were glad to have found this restaurant, there's something for everyone. The wings were crispy and delicious. My children loved their chicken tenders & shrimp. My husband liked his fish sandwich. There's a variety of sides. The staff are very helpful and polite.

Best one for fried chicken in the Raleigh-Durham area. While other halal restaurants are ripoffs, this place keeps the price low while serving high quantities. The taste is excellent as well! Their lemon-pepper seasoning is on fire!
Also, they cook everything fresh. So when you get there, you gotta wait 15-45 mins depending on the crowd and the item. I would prefer to make an order in advance to beat the rush.

Been eating here nonstop twice a week since we we're told that the chicken is the best in town I agree . 20 wings and fries 25$$$ is the one yummy taste like my mom got some competition and my mother can fry some chicken 🐔

The batter they use is delicious, whether it's on the chicken, the fish, or the fries. Only thing we've eaten there that wasn't perfect was the corn on the cob, which desperately needed salt but was otherwise cooked perfectly.

Those wings were so good. Best I've tasted besides my own. I will come back to try the fish.

I personally love the whole wings at Mr. Shark. It’s one of my favorite go to spots when I’m craving fried food.

Came in for the first time, was a little skeptical . Got the 6 piece leg and thigh with 2 sides. I must say that I was very pleased. The quantity and the quality was out of this world. I will definitely make this place a weekly lunchtime favorite. Good work guys. Absolutely wonderful

This was my first time at Mr. Shark, and they did not disappoint. The prices are affordable, they are a little slow, but to be expected because they make food to order, ensuring it will be fresh.
Ordered a 2 piece with fries, side of hush puppies, and green beans. Everything was fresh and tasty.

What a simply wonderful restaurant to purchase fish. We ordered the 3 piece cat fish with onion rings and coleslaw. As well as catfish nuggets with hush puppies. Everything was perfectly seasoned, lightly breaded and simply melted in your mouth. The portions were huge and super hot. Women behind counter were very friendly and polite. Tried calling but they were way too busy. A nice note, the customers were a steady stream coming and going. You can even get trout! A must if you like fish, hush puppies and okra!

Best quick bite in Durham. Biggest fried shrimp you will get in the area and great trout. Chicken is also really good so if you like fried foods this place is for you.

The legs and thigh, fish and wings are delightful,they all are amazing with the lemon pepper seasoning.

This place is absolutely awesome, If you love fried chicken. I ordered the 2 piece dark meat with coleslaw.
Whatever Chicago style is its delicious. Not at all greasy with a slightly seasoned breading that really let's the juicy chicken be the star of the show. The coleslaw was nice and creamy.
The bonus is that you will love the price. Really pretty cheap. My meal was 4.99.
My friend said that the trout, corn on the cob and fried ocra was good also.

Incredible value and very tasty, perfectly crispy fried chicken and fish and shrimp. Everything came out hot and fresh, well seasoned, and still juicy inside. Had the hushpuppies, potato salad, and fries, all were good also. Service was friendly, make sure to speak loud so they can hear you through the glass though. Check this place out if you haven’t already!
