I recently rented a townhome through Cherry Realty in Durham and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, their team was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the process of finding and renting a home so much easier. The townhome itself was in great condition and any issues I had were promptly addressed by their maintenance team. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience renting through Cherry Realty and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional realty service.

My partner and I rented from Cherry for four years and would have continued to rent from them if they would have had a home available that matched what we were looking for. I found them responsive with maintenance requests, responding sometimes the same day, if not the next. Additionally, we found our rent price for our neighborhood very affordable, especially considering the Durham market. Overall, a good company that I would recommend.

Rented from Cherry Realty for seven years the best realty company I’ve ever worked with was very easy-going and very easy to work with and a very pleasant and friendly staff any time there was anything wrong at the house that we rented they were always very prompt to send somebody out to fix it. After we moved out we left the house clean and ready for someone else to rent. After Cherry did their house inspection they were very prompt to return the security posit couldn’t have been more pleased to rent from them for so many years. I appreciate Cherry Realty's promptness when it comes to maintenance requests and their willingness to work with potential and current tenants. They have also recently created an online pay feature where you can pay rent online, which is convenient. They are a property management and realty company that is efficient and provides great customer service. The ladies at the front of the office are also very pleasant to work.

Have rented with them twice and find them to be prompt on repairs, they are great communicators and care about the properties they lease and their tenants. I like cherrybecause they love looking out for the community they believe in helping the community giving everybody a chance to rent or own a home they're very good for the black community Latino communities the staff is courteous and polite and they go up and beyond the call of duty to help people get into a home they look out for the homeless community by trying to get him a chance to get them somewhere to stay I give them five things up five stars all around the board there okay great place to deal with I am Danny Alston

Lynwood is an incredible advisor, we have had the best experience with him. It helped us to choose the best option and to deal with the seller of the house, to review the papers with the bank, has been aware of all the steps of the process. Even when we had already closed the deal he has intervened in the new repairs that were needed and we have felt completely backed by him and his business. THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

We are renting a private house from Cherry Realty and they have always been very considerate to us. Repairs and upgrades have been done and Lynwood is always understanding. Sometimes we had to be patient with non-emergency repairs, that is the only negative things. But if we kept calling it would get done.
