Hunter provided us with the expert advice we needed on what it would take to get the home we wanted, and saved us from offering more money than we needed to just to get our beautiful home. Justin made all the paperwork so simple, and helped us understand the next steps under contract, the inspection report, and what we needed to do next to negotiate for repair costs. It has been nearly 2 years after we closed and we are still in love with our home, and look back at the house hunting period as smooth and easy as it could be. Buying a home is such an emotional process, but having the right team behind you makes the world of a difference. I closed on a house with Allen and Justin in March of this year. They were both super helpful, kind, and fast to respond. The home buying process can be extremely stressful, but Allen really was there to support me and my boyfriend throughout the whole thing. I actually had to find financing for the home I chose with a very tight deadline, and Allen was able to connect me with multiple great mortgage professionals who made the impossible happen. I would definitely recommend using this team if you’re looking to buy in the area. I know that I’m glad I did. Hopefully it’s not anytime soon… but I’ll be reaching out next time I want to buy Allen. This review is LONG overdue, but Hunter and Justin were such a pleasure to work with. My partner and I had absolutely no idea what we were doing and had lots of questions. Hunter was able to walk us through everything and answer our questions very thoroughly. We also weren't 100% sold on any particular location and Hunter was willing to drive all over the Triangle and the Triad to show us homes we were interested in. In this crazy market, Hunter went to bat for us and got our second offer accepted even though it wasn't the highest offer the seller received. Highly recommend this team!
