My experience with opening a business account and getting my first iPhone was dope! Bryant was knowledgeable and very helpful with giving me a great understanding of various products, their features, and the many types of plans T Mobile offers. I also recognized that his coworker that evening was extremely helpful with assisting myself and others as they entered the store. I am now talking to my wife and going to do an upgrade today.

I had a great experience buying my new LG K51 from this location. One of the clerks, Melany, broke everything down for me in a way that was easy to understand. They were very knowledgeable and friendly! I didn't feel like I was being pressured into an expensive option, like I have at other phone stores. Great service!

I’m going to be completely honest, most of my life I’ve stuck to prepaid phones because I have always felt like big phone companies were selfish and a bad deal. However, today I went to Metro by T-Mobile and worked with Melany. They were the kindest most knowledgeable person I’ve ever worked with at a phone company and showed me that not only did Metro have good deals but amazing customer service. I love my new 5G Revvl and am so excited to get my Echo for free! If you have your doubts about Metro, you should reconsider, because not only is it a great price, but their associates actually care about you. 10/10 service, glad I made this choice and would gladly make it again.
