Andrew Johnston is one of the hardest working Real Estate Agent I have worked with in my 25 years in the real estate business. When my daughter wanted to buy a house in Durham in 2017, Andrew showed us all the research on pricing and neighborhoods and how to navigate the NC house buying transaction, which was way different than the way houses are bought in New York. When she recently relocated and needed to sell her house, Andrew was again our trusted advisor. He did market research on comparable houses and priced the house perfectly so that we got a full asking price offer on day 1 from an extremely qualified buyer. Between that day and closing , Andrew worked every facet of the transaction on our behalf- from contract negotiations to coordinating inspections to delivering closing documents to making sure that the sale proceeds were wired correctly.
