Great Clips

I've gotten some great haircuts here. It's nice you can walk in anytime. I would highly recommend them when you are in need of their services.

I love to go to Great Clips on Highway 54. You NEVER have to wait longer than 15 minutes, and you're out of the chair in about 10 minutes. Drenna does a fabulous job, and she's so personable. I don't let anyone else touch my hair. ❤❤❤

Friendly staff and having the app makes it easy if you don't like waiting. I frequent this place often as they do a good job at a fair price. The staff seemingly comes and goes over time but there is always experienced barber's who can accommodate most any type hair and they do men and woman and even kids. Senior discounts I think? Great Clips off Guess Rd. In the Home Depot/;Harris Teeter plaza. The price I gave below includes a $6 tip.

I got great clips at this Great Clips... Last minute attempt to get trimmed up, so I ventured here. I was treated well, the fade was done well, and the technique was spectacular! I entirely enjoyed my relaxing trim from Ms Pettiford (Whitney - if memory serves me correctly)

Hadn't been to a salon in a while. This place was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and Miss Daisy did an awesome job with my hair. Definitely recommend!

Paula took her time, listened to me, and cut my hair so nicely. I had been frustrated with one area of my hair and, together, we figured out the change that needed to be made to make me feel more confident. I am so pleased with the end result.

My three year old needed a haircut, so we walked in with no appointment. They were pretty busy so close to closing, but Tete took her time with him, to make him feel more comfortable. She was super nice and reassuring to him, and it honestly means more than she knows. He has a hard time sometimes, and she got it done and his hair will be perfect for picture day. Thank you so much for your patience Tete!! We will come back to see her again!!

Always a good experience at this location. They do well with me and with my kids. Online app is recommended for starting your wait in line. I've been able to use it to knock my wait time to insignificant several times now.

I walked in without an appointment and lucked out (but make an appointment, they prefer that). In any case I got a very professional man’s cut for a very reasonable price. I’m happy and will be returning!

Tia was super experienced. She knew to ask if I wanted my thick hair thinned a bit, and she added precisely the texture/layers I was going for. There were a lot of online bookings ahead of me (I was a walk-in), but the staff still worked me in in the estimated time they'd given me (meaning, they don't say "it'll be 15 minutes" and then take half an hour). I went on Mother's Day as a treat to myself and I'm so glad I did!

Those ladies are so polite and I got my hair cut really nice and I'm so satisfied thanks to great clips personnel

We are not from this area, but travel here often. My wife needed to get her hair cut quickly, and this particular Great clips was awesome! She had a wonderful conversation with the stylist, and that stylist did a wonderful job in taking care of her needs. We will be back in Durham again next week, and I will get my haircut at the same location.

Ladies were extremely accommodating, came in 5 minutes before close, and the ladies took care of me . Extremely professional and courteous. Thank you ladies this Army veteran thanks you for your service.

The KINDEST ladies spent *1+ hr* AFTER CLOSING to help my sister and I to fix our hair before pictures the next day. I mean, it was INCREDIBLE the amount of time, the kindness and the customer service?! Impeccable!!! Love these ladies!!!

Just moved to Durham! The whole staff was efficient and friendly. They were well staffed with no wait on a Sunday afternoon. Cathy worked w my tough hair and got it perfect- it looks clean cut and styled the way I like it. Prices are fair and they have promotions frequently. Highly recommend.

I received a haircut today and received the 5.99 special. I wasn't expecting much but honestly it was one of the best haircuts I have had. Tony, who cut my hair was professional, fun to talk and did a great job. All the girls working at great clips were very friendly and genuine. I appreciated the great cut and awesome price.

I walked in with an idea and not specific. Tonie asked me questions on what I wanted and cut my hair in a way that checked off all of those boxes. Great price and I was in and out with little wait thanks to the notification system

The woman I got to meet today are amazing. My mom loves this place and only trust them with her haircuts and they do great work.i went in not knowing what I wanted just wanted help and they came to the rescue.i love my hair again and feel happier. They listen to you and do amazing jobs.
