When I walked in everyone was so kind and welcoming. The two young ladies at the front were quick and helpful with scheduling and benefit info. The dental hygienist was thorough and took time to make sure I was comfortable. The doctors assistant was amazing. She answered questions and prepared me for the entire course of treatment. The doctor knew what he was doing and was so much fun to work with. No one wants to go to the dentist, but if I had to see one, I would recommend this clinic and their staff! Well worth the drive from Raleigh!

I haven’t ever been able to feel comfortable at a dentist office but Angie the hygienist made it super easy and comfortable 🥰 I have a lot of work to get done and nobody has judged me or made me feel uncomfortable. Super sweet team. I can’t wait to get everything finished. The pricing is also super affordable.

I had a wonderful experience at this office!! Naveesha, Julie , Chymayne and Dr. Mahmud were very warm and inviting. My teeth look amazing:-)

I've been a few times this past year and rec'd excellent care each time from Dr. Ha and assistants, Laarni and Navesha. My recent cleaning from Angie was great because she explained everything and was very gentle. Front staff Chy and manager Paul always help explain any bills and insurance questions I have. Everyone treats you with respect and more importantly they do not rush you out the door. I'm very happy with my dental care thus far and pleased to recommend Friendly Dental.

I'v had an absolutely wonderful experience every time. From the friendly and incredibly helpful receptionists, to the Doctor and the rest of the staff. At the end of the initial visit, one of the receptionists, Lauren, went over my specialized plan with costs after insurance and made it easy to understand, then patiently helped me schedule following visits. Doctor Ha and her staff have been very kind and have answered every question I've had along the way, and each visit has been very pleasant! I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially those looking for a new dentist!

I called to make an appointment last minute and they fit me in their schedule on the same day which was awesome. The front desk staff explain things very well and they have a discount plan for patients who don't have dental insurance. I saw Sara (dental hygienist)... she was thorough, polite, and my teeth felt so clean afterwards. The dentist (Dr. Ha) did my exam. The clinic has a great atmosphere and I recommend it for anyone.

I am very impressed with the quality of care that I have received at Friendly Dental. I went in to have 6 fillings a few days ago, and I left within an hour and a half with a very improved smile. The assistants and the dentist took their time making sure I was comfortable, and that I understood the procedure they were doing. I was so impressed by how picky the dentist was with matching my tooth color for my fillings in the front. They look absolutely perfect! They really are very friendly, and their prices are very reasonable compared to other places I've been. Thank you Friendly Dental! I'll be back for the rest of my fillings soon!

My experience at Friendly Dental deserves more than 5 stars! Every person at the practice was genuinely courteous, thorough, and so helpful. Scheduling was very quick; I was able to be seen the morning after I called. I have lots of fear surrounding getting cavities filled due to metabolizing the numbing meds quickly and feeling the drilling in the past. They were very attentive and reassuring, and I didn't feel a thing while getting several cavities filled. What a relief. The great service doesn't end there, though. They generously took the time to educate me on better dental hygiene techniques and even gave me a very nice toothbrush to ensure that I'm taking great care of myself at home. I've been using Friendly Dental since this location opened about 2 years ago. I've had... less than pleasant... experiences with dentists in the past, and skipped about 3 years of checkups. Then, when I got married, my wife insisted that I start getting regular cleaning again. She worked a few doors down from this office and we gave them a try based on the opinions of some of her co-workers. I'm do glad we did!

The entire staff here seems genuinely excited to be at work every day. I told them my history with dentists, and they went out if their way to be kind and gentile with my sensitive mouth. Of course, after 3 years of neglect, they found a few cavities. But the process of getting them filled was physically, mentally, and emotionally painless! Dr. Burke was a godsend for me, and the doctor filling in while she's out on leave has been just as wonderful!

I've moved out of town, but I still make the 45 minute drive to visit this office.

Haven't been to a dentist in over 3 years. Called this office to see if they accepted my insurance and they even looked me up and scheduled an appointment promptly. Extremely happy with every person I interacted with. The front desk was nice, the hygienist extremely friendly and patient. I needed a filling and was happy to have it done immediately and painlessly. The day of my appointment I even received a phone call asking if I wanted to come in early out of convenience. I was extremely impressed.

Wanted to take the time to write a review about the WONDERFUL experience I recently had with Friendly Dental but ESPECIALLY Lauren.Although the entire staff were very pleasant,Lauren went over and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.There was a minor mishap that had taken place with previous management that I also played a part in overlooking from the end of last year.After I called and made Lauren aware of what had taken place, she(along with the rest of the staff)went over and beyond to ensure that I was not only well taken care of, but also completely satisfied!!!Not only did she fit me in at the last minute, but she also was very prompt with addressing all of my concerns in a timely manner.In a world filled with chaos, it’s good to know that there are still genuine good people out there with pure hearts.I am very appreciative of everything and would definitely refer family/friends to Friendly Dental.

This has been my dentist for the past four + years. When I left Durham and moved to Fayetteville, I drove to Durham just to keep this dentist. Recently I moved back to Durham and no longer have to drive 1 hour and 30 minutes (one way) for their services. Still - the friendliness of the staff and efficiency of treatments have always been worth the drive for me. Thankful to have found this office.

I was looking for a dentist after my recent move to Durham just for regular upkeep, and Friendly Dental Group of Durham was the perfect solution. Everyone was professional, kind, and thorough! Their dental discount plan is also helpful for those without dental insurance.

Today was my first visit to the Friendly Dental Group in Durham, and they were terrific! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and the gentleman sitting at the front desk held a conversation with me as I filled out my paperwork and waited to be taken to the back. During my cleaning and x-rays, the staff made sure to explain everything that was happening step by step. They spoke to me instead of around me. At the end of my visit, before I even had a chance to ask, they explained my insurance to me in full detail as well as what payments needed to be made and when. I am not a fan of the dentist, but I am a fan of this place. I will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Did I mention that my next appointment was already schedule for me before I got out of the dentist chair? Awesome customer service!

Staff was on point, cheerful. Service was ideal, same day service after diagnosis of a cavity. Pricing was the most affordable I have found in the Triangle, with a great discount plan for uninsured. Absolutely the best dental experience I have had in years!! I dare to say...

Just had my first appointment after avoiding the dentist for many years for a variety of reasons. I was very pleased that the whole team lived up to the company name in friendliness and were very compassionate and patient about managing my comfort through the procedure! Probably one of my better dental experiences overall, which I very much needed after past traumatic experiences at Sunrise. Also, was pleased with the billing breakdown being very clear and making it easy for me to plan out the rest of the work I need done, which is often a source of anxiety at other dentists. Only criticism is the consent forms being so over-xeroxed that they're barely legible, which is inaccessible.. Almost every medical office does this though so I don't hold it against them but it is a bigger issue than folks realize. Can't fully give consent if you cant read what you're consenting too, right?

Just got home from my first visit with this practice. It will definitely not be my last! Everyone was so friendly and inviting. They definitely knew their stuff and had recommendations that showed all available price ranges. I was very impressed.
